Black Jack's Cantina and Gambling Hall is a place where spacers, smugglers, and other denizens of the nearby area come to drink and play pazaak or sabacc or to place bets on various games and sporting events galaxy wide. Gambling is rather popular in this local and you can find something to wager a few credis on easily. The cantina provides a combination of live and holo entertainment in the form of musicians and dancers. The main attraction at Black Jack's is the wide variety of beers, ales and other alco-beverages served by mixocologists and the opportunity to meet friends or business associates (illicit or otherwise).

Walking in to Black Jack's, Jensen looks around and immediately feels he's in the right place, the Mandalorian is getting a plethora of looks from the various aliens and humans about. Jensen couldn't care less what they were thinking but gets off slightly on the knowledge that they know what he is and what he does without even knowing him. In the dimly and colorly light room Jensen's black, gray and beaten armor might make him look like a blackhole walking through the room except that the ominous shape he produces in his arm is still attracting looks.
One of the club's T'surr bouncers comes up to Jensen and tried to intimidate the Mandalorian into checking his weapons; big mistake. When Jensen goes to move away from the T'surr the bounce puts a hand on his shoulder in order to make him stop; Jensen, not wanting to kill the T'surr for doing his job, shoots him in the leg with a powerful sedation dart from its launcher on the forearm of his armor. As the T'surr begins to wabble, and eventually falls over, Jensen walks over to the nearest dark booth and has a seat before ordering a bottle Ti'haar and glass.

Checking her make up in the window, Parjai fluffs her hair and limps into the bar. Handing her ID to the bouncer she watches one fall over. Getting her ID back from the bouncer, she steps over the fallen T'surr without a second thought. Heading to the bar, she orders a ti'haar and leans back after getting it.
Her eyes scan the room, slowly. Men look at her and nearly trip over themselves to speak to her. Ignoring them, her eyes scan the room. Her eyes stop on the vod in the corner booth. Grabbing a server, she sends over a drink to the booth. Leaning back and staring at the holo of a dancer, she chuckles knowing her moves are better.

As his bottle of Ti'haar and glass arrive to his booth, a female Zeltron server comes over to the booth with a glass of Ti'haar and places it on the table next to the other glass and bottle. "What's this, I thought I ordered just the bottle and a glass?"
"Compliments of the lady at the bar, sir." the Zeltron server says, causing Jensen to have a peek in that direction. The Mandolorian sets his eyes on a woman who definitely has a taste for fashion, her choice of black rancor leather makes him raise an eyebrow behind the cold mask his helmet provides. Leaning back and looking at the server, Jensen removes his helmet to reveal his dreamy eyes, winning smile and a face too pretty to belong to a typical Mando. He shoot the server a smile and beckons her closer with a motion of his index finger. Could you please invite her over to my table please, sweet lips?
The server blushes over his looks and compliment before smiling back and tilting her head slightly. "Too bad I'm not as lucky to be invited over."
"The night's still young, honey. You never know what might happen later." Jensen says with a wink that causes the server to blush even more. She smiles and heads over to the lady at the bar with Jensen's offer to be a guest at his table.

Watching the server with the Mando, her steel grey eyes, bore into the woman as she is invited to the table. Limping over to the table, she looks down at the vod. "Interesting finding a taste," she eyes him up and down, "home in here!" PJ stirs her drink with her finger, then licks and sucks the liquid off of it slowly.
Sticking out her other hand, she keeps staring at him, "I am Parjai Daala. And you would would be whom?" PJ leans on the edge of the booth and her minds keeps going over things while looking at him.

Keeping a bit of a smirk on his face as Parjai begins to limp his direction, Jensen secretly slides the .48 caliber Enforcer pistol and has it at the ready under the table. He grabs the glass of Ti'haar sent to him and sips it as he watches her approach. Giving Parjai a look over as well, Jensen knows he's heard that name somewhere before, but isn't sure where, when she introduces herself. When she offers her hand and name in greeting Jensen puts the glass down and shakes it, making sure his crushgaunts are turned off before doing so. "The name's Jensen, Jensen Vizsla."

Parjai feels the grip over her unadorned hand. Looking into his eyes, she keeps leaning on the booth. "May I sit or are you going to keep looking up at me?" Blinking at him, she tries to remember where she knows that last name from.
Sipping her ti'haar, she breaks eye contact with him and eyes the room lazy like.

"Do what you will," Jensen says still looking her over with a grin. "I seriously doubt I could stop you from sitting if I wanted to... and I'm not dumb like a Gungan to deny the company of a beautiful woman."
While his words are nice, Jensen still keeps his slugthrower pistol aimed at the woman's femoral artery below the table should she prove to be trouble. "So, Scorpious brand is hard to come by these days, what can I do to repay you for this glass of wonderful Ti'haar?"

"Scorpious brand is the best out side of the vod making it. " PJ slips off her short jacket to show she is not armed at all. Sliding into the booth, she looks at the attractive man, still thinking about his last name. "You know it is odd, you and I are the only vod in here." Signaling the server, she orders another ti'haar.

Upon her mentioning the word 'Vod' and showing that she isn't armed, Jensen wonders if this woman is a Mandalorian as well as she slips into the booth. He realizes that is where he remembers the name from, another Mandalorian he fought alongside during the Yuuzhan Vong War but the warrior was a man. Jensen decides to test this theory before putting his weapon away. "Haatyc or'arue jate'shya ori'sol aru'ike nuhaatyc..."
He watches and waits for ParJai's response, if she doesn't speak Mando'a then she'll be dead quickly for associating herself with them falsely.

"Ke barjurir gar'ade, jagyc'ade kot'la a dalyc'ade kotla'shya, burc'ya!" PJ looks at him and adjusts her top. She remembers her grandfathers words to her when he came home from the war.
PJ looks at Jensen and tries to read him. An all black beskar'gam and buy'ce for justice. Tapping her fingers, she sips her drink. Finally putting two and two together, she looks at him and never loses her composure.

"Indeed, Vod." Jensen says, realizing that ParJai is very well what she claims to be, before he un-cocks his slugthrower and slips it back into his boot quietly. "Nice to see another of Mandalorian away from the homeworld. Tell me, what can I do for such a pretty warrior?"
Jensen chuckles at his own question, pouring on the charm that most women can't shy away from. His smile sits on his face, like its plastercast to his head, as he pounds down the rest of his glass of Ti'haar before reaching for the bottle and pouring himself, and PraJai, another glass.

Taking her drink in two swollows, she smiles condescending to him "You can do nothing for me that I can't do for myself Jensen. See I do remember your name, and do me a favor, wipe that fake grin from your face. Your o'sik filled smile doesn't fool me. I know you are still mourning your wife." Sitting back she taps her fingers again and pours herself a glass of ti'haar. Sipping it, she looks over the rim at him. "Now, care to tell me what you are doing in a hole like this and not with the clans?" Handing the server a credstick to place a bet at the gaming table, PJ keeps eyeballing Jensen.
The server comes back with PJ's winnings and she pockets them, minus one for a tip to the server.

His once cocky smile is wiped away as ParJai mentions his dead wife Ta'rah, his face becomes a veil of seriousness as he adjusts in his seat. His eyes lower as he remembers his last moments with his wife as she bled out from her wounds, a memory he'd rather soon forget. Downing his second glass of Ti'haar in one gulp, Jensen looks back at PraJai and pours himself another glass. "One might ask you the same; let's just say I have my reasons and they're personal. But a more importantly how in dar'yaim do you know now who I am, Vod?"
No sooner had the words left his lips, Jensen looked at the full sleeve tattoo on her arm and the Mandalorian skull tattoo on the other and he suddenly remembers the woman in front of him and where he had heard that name before. It was a long time ago, during the Vong War, and he didn't remember her looking that good. "Wait a second, PraJai Daala... PJ?"

Flicking her tongue over her teeth, she laughs quietly, "The very one! So glad your brain synopsis works still." Sipping her ti'haar still, she licks the edge. "Been a long time Jensen. I see you are still, alive." With the last word, PJ's eyebrows go up and then back down. "Like I said what brings you to a hole like this. Between the two of us, you are class act, I am but the 'business' woman. Grandfather taught me well how to do my job." Her hand reaches out and her index finger stroke his gaunts.

"Let's say I just got back to civilization, and I use that term loosely, needed a drink and this was the closest hole possible to get one." Jensen replies as he watches PraJai stroke his gaunts with her finger. "Speaking of grand-pappy Daala; how is the old Vod doing these days, still kicking Vongese shebs?"

"The old chakaar, he will keep on fighting until he passes on! He is well if you must know!" Knowing she should com him, she looks into Jensen's eyes. "Why don't you com him yourself, he would love to speak to his second best warrior!" PJ gives him a snotty smile and finishes her drink.

"I didn't think he'd want to speak to me again, especially after I left the Protectorate." Jensen comments on his last meeting with old man. "He was rather disappointed when I left without word."
Jensen takes a drink of his Ti'haar and thinks back to that moment after the Fourth Battle of Gyndine when he hopped aboard his ship, the Vassal, and left. He remembers the cheers from his fellow Vod and their taps on his shoulder to convey their gratitude for his fierceness and unwaivering bravery in the face of insurmountable odds, he remembers his wife's body being loaded on the transport for burial and that the Vod were in a moment of aay'han afterwards. He turned his back, went to the cockpit and blasted off from planet and away from who he once was. All that wasn't the issue though, it was behind him, for the most part, and it wasn't the time to focus on such things.
"I was going to head back home after I was done here, maybe we should pay the cantankerous old codger a visit?"

"Like I said you where always his second best trooper! I would enjoy that, and I do believe he would like that also! Server, another bottle, and a bottle of your best whiskey!" PJ looks at Jensen, an evil smile crosses her lips. "Remember the stupid game we played, shot for shot? Let's do a revisit!" The server drops off both bottles and two shot glasses.

Remembering the hangover from the last time he played this game with PraJai, but being the type to never back down from a challenge; "Bring it!"
Looking at the bottle whiskey before him, Jensen is surprised to see that its Mandalorian whiskey and begins to pour his first shot and downs it. After a pucker of the lips from the whiskey's sweet yet more sour and burning taste, lets out a laugh "You know, for this not being a Mando joint, this place has some good home grown brews."
