Tiona - Capital City

[El Supremo]

Tiona, capital city of Tion and the system of the same name.

Begun long ago, prior to being enfolded into the empire of Xim the
Despot. Over time the island chain on which it was built was expanded artificially greatly increasing its size, rivaling some of the great floating cities elsewhere in the galaxy.

Tiona served as the great Tion stronghold in various periods over the years, and is by far the largest island city on Tion, essentially being more of a small country than a mere city.

Tiona means "Impenetrable City"; the city is so named for its world-famous walls, . Behind the Outer Wall lies a vast ocean that covers most of the planet. The Inner Wall encloses the city itself. The city is also notable for having a unique system of dividing the populace into different parts of the city based on social status.

Tiona is currently home to the Tion Senate and all major Governmental buildings.

The rebellion force has pushed the military forces back up to the inner wall of the city.
without backup i fear this will be the end of Tion as we have all come to know it.

Our military coordinator General Aslan Mund is nowhere to be found and current news is the prime minister is dead he died in a bombing of the senate building as he was making a important call to the General.

With that happening the commander and chief is now the general our survival is in his hands now.

*The alarm sounds off on the resolute*
A explosive device explodes causing massive amounts of damage to the surrounding area of The Resolute.

Smoke fills the lower decks of the resolute as fire spreads Around the the 2 deck ship.

Sir the ships right side suffered alot of damage the ship is still capable of flight but it has suffered alot off hull damage.

*Aslan gets off of the ship and makes his way into the government building.*

Admiral Thorne watched as they were taking fire from the Rebels. He ordered the turret crews to take aim at the large vehicles that the Rebels were using. Then without warning God’s Hand shifted to the left as one Artillery vehicle got off a direct hit on it. Someone started to yell on the bridge.

Officer “Sir, that vehicle hit us at the landing ramp. We lost two crew members, the landing ramp is badly damaged.”

Thorne “Take out that weapon NOW! Get a team down there to get it closed and used the emergency ramp. Its smaller but we can still unload the much needed equipment. Get a ground team ready, anyone that’s not firing turrets or in the engine room needs to get out there and fight.”

The officer make the announcement over the comlink, security teams, and some Planet Roon civilians that joined God’s Hand crew took weapons as the security team to leading positions as they exit the only ramp possible at the moment.

Admiral Thorne wondered how the rebels got their hands on such equipment. He sits down in his command chair watching the events unfold.

Meanwhile in the Capital streets, Corey runs as if the Rebels were using all their forces on the South wall. He slowed down an to cover in of the alleys, just 300 meters where he had cleared the wall.

Corey (It seems that they are more focused on the South Wall. Not a very good leader only attacking one spot. If I get up on the roofs of the building here, I will have a element of surprise on my side. Using the force to toss some of the things here I can take more out and capture a Rebel to find out who is in charge of them.)
On that note Corey force leaped on top of one building then another until he made it to the top. Looking out he seen God’s Hand taking a serious blow to its side. He looks out an spots the weapon that done harm to his flagship. He bends down and make ready for the next part of his unknown plan.

*Aslan walks into the military building of the government building*
He walk over to a hidden turbo-lift which takes him to the very top of the building which is the control area for the government sector.

As he walks in all of the monitors boot on and the holomap of the government sector come on.

Computer Voice command on.

Bring up the current status of the perimeter we are holding here in the capitol.

Sir we currently control 65% of the government sector and overall 50% of the planet .

A massive shield engulfs the 4 mile radius of the government sector.

Computer activate voice commands on my commlink so i can still command communications i want you to monitor all things.

*Aslan makes his way back down to the first floor of the building*

He walks outside And heads for his ship.

He boards the Resolute (which is badly damaged)

Computer activate connection to the resolute then activate the onboard computers you are going to download all data you can.

A shield starts to form and flows over God’s Hand, Admiral Thorne watches as now the ship was protected from that Artillery fire. The crew starts to work on the damaged ramp, Thorne continues to watch what unfolds. Aslan’s Military force starts to engage the rebels as God’s Hand crew start to move and secure the entrance to the Capital Building.

Corey sits on the rooftop and turns when he sees a shield coming from the Capital. He then turn his attention towards the Artillery vehicle that took a shot at his ship. He races towards it as he leaps from rooftop to rooftop. He leaps from the rooftop, pulling out his saber ignites it. Corey downward motions with his saber over his head bring it down forcing the saber blade through the barrel of the Artillery weapon.

Corey turns using force wave to knock the Rebels off their feet as he open the Artillery vehicle taking out the Commander. Corey looks at him.

“You are coming we me.”

The commander tries to get away but Corey hold him with Force Grip and looks at him.

“You can come quiet or I will make you quiet.”

Corey turns using the force to aid him with the Commander in tow, the Rebels gets up and open fire on Corey the Commander in tow. Aslan’s force approaches the area where Corey was and they too open fire on the Rebels giving Corey the cover he needed to escape with his prisoner.

*Aslan climbs the short stairs to the bridge of the resolute*

(he climbs into the Pilots seat of the ship)

Sir we are diverting all of our forces to take the rebel stronghold the capitol will be somewhat undefended .

Aslan gets up walking over to the control panel on the wall that controls the main door to the bridge.(he uses the force to smash it causing the blast doors of the bridge to shut.sir i believe that something is onboard the ship causing temporal displacements in the ships main systems.

He climbs into the pilot seat.

(flipping a few switches and punching a few buttons the ship moves into the air)

The ship rushes over to where the Gods Hand is floating above a severed part of the wall.

Computer Hail the Gods Hand and request to dock.

Suddenly one the two left engines explode causing the ship to veer to the right.

Computer bring up shields and activate repulsers to even us out stay in the air and bring on weapons systems fire on everything that moves.

(rebel vehicles start shooting the resolute causing multiple hull breaches)

sir the Resolute has taken on alot of damage.

Computer revert emergency power to stabilizers and life support.

[Corey Dooku]

Corey senses the message that Aslan through the force. He hits his comlink to Admiral Thorne, secure line.

Corey “Admiral, the some of the Rebels have retreated to their fortress. If we take that out I believe the war will come to a end. An we can get God’s Hand out of harms way.”

Thorne “Lord Dooku, do you think that is wise? We will be killing a lot of people.”

Corey “What do you wish me to do? Ask them to give up peacefully? How many more civilians have to die before we end this, Admiral?”

Thorne says nothing, he looks down and then back up.

Thorne “You heard Lord Dooku, we end this now. Power all weapons, I want full power to forward shields.”

Nav Officer “I have the information Lord Dooku sent. We can be there in moments, Admiral.”

Thorne “Good, lets go. Keep the landing ramp down so Lord Dooku can board the ship.”

Corey makes his way behind the line of defense as God’s Hand starts a low level flight over the wall then a few buildings. Corey tosses the enemy Commander to Aslan military forces as he turns and force leap to God’s Hand landing ramp. He rushes to the bridge and sits down next to Admiral Thorne.

Corey “Give me a status report Admiral.”

Thorne “We lost two squads, and the main landing ramp. Shields and weapons are still on line.”

Corey “Ok, we will do something for our fallen after this is over with. Now lets head to the Rebel hideout. Contact the other ship, let them know we are on our way.”

Comm Officer “Yes sir, Resolute this is God’s Hand we are making our run now. Standby until our mission is complete.”

Corey looks at Thorne

“You know after this is over with, I will have to talk to their new leader. I think its time to rebuild the Grey Jedi Order.”

Thorne “Lord Dooku, I know you are wise, but what about the other Masters that have not returned yet.”

Corey lower his head and cross his arms.

“Admiral, until they return I have to look out for the Order. As far as I know I am the last of the Order and I was going to join the Jedi Order, but I will lose part of me. I will have to give up my belief of the Force, that is like you giving up your beliefs in what is the core of your being, Thorne.”

Nothing else was said as they watched the screen showing the Rebel stronghold. The alarms started to go off as they started taking incoming fire.

*Back on the bridge of the resolute*
Computer give me a status report.
Sir the ship is badly damaged all sensors that i use to indicate the damage are all but destroyed engines are running at 30% shields are holding at 20% and the main systems suck as life support are failing the ship has no more backup power and all power we have now is being diverted from the warp core.

(Aslan puts his hand over his head and then back down)

Follow closely behind Gods Hand and revert all remaining power to deflector shields

(the resolute will block all oncoming fire get to that base the resolute is all but destroyed it wont hurt to defend your ship just take out that stronghold before the resolute blows ill eject into a escape pod.)

On the Bridge of God’s Hand, Corey and Thorne watches Resolute pass in front of them. Smoke from Aslan’s ship could be seen from afar, Corey then hears his message and starts to shake his head. He hits his comlink.

“There is no need to waste your ship, it can be repaired in time. There is no need to waste your crew lives. Now get out the way, and let us do our job! Get your ground crew there so they can get any survivors.”

Thorne nods his head to the Nav Officer as God’s Hand lifts higher as he engines starts to output upto 70 percent power, fling over Resolute. God’s Hand now above Resolute still not taking any incoming. Throne now have a clear shot of the Rebel base.

Thorne “Lord Dooku, we have to fire now or lose the Resolute.”

Corey stood up and yelled “FIRE!!”

All the front turrets started to power up, then a bright light came from the front of God’s Hand. The first round hit their weakly outdated power for their shields. The debris was fling around the compound, then the next wave once again came from God’s Hand. With no shields the blaster fire hit the buildings with more debris fling over the compound. The last and final way was missiles hitting what was left.

Corey covered his eyes to how bright the light and from the weapon caches. Thorne and Corey looked at each other then back at the view screen. Corey placed his hands behind his back.

“Land the ship, and search for survivors. If we find any take them as prisoners”

*Aslan lands the resolute just as the power fails*
Computer disengage and eject the warp core.
(swoosh the warp core is ejected from the ship)
he looks up as the gods hand is hovering to the ground about 30 kilometers from him.

well i think that should handle them.
(he sends another message to Dooku)
i had my crew evacuate before i took off and i had the government buildings ai be my crew. so no one was in danger.

. Aslan reaches inside a wrecked resolute and picks up some flares he ignites them and thrown them on the ground and waits for someone to reach his location.

Corey exits God's Hand as Admiral Thorne sends a comlink.

"Lord Dooku, Resolute is down. It's core was ejected, I believe we need to assist them."

Corey places his foot on the ground as the men heads off in different directions looking for survivors. Corey see a group of Aslan's men coming, he nods as they pass him. He replies to Thorne.

"Take God's Hand and pick him up. Return him back to the Capital so he can send his people a message. We are almost done here."

Thorne "Yes Sir."

God's Hand lifts off and turns to go assist Aslan. Admiral Thorne comes down the ramp and bows to Aslan.

"Sir Lord Dooku informed me to take you back to the Capital, so you can ease your people fear of the Rebels. Also, Lord Dooku once he was done will rejoin you at the Capital so he can have a peace talk with you and your people."

Admiral Thorne bows once more and turns lifting one hand to let Aslan go first up the ramp.

He presses his com-link (tell the senate to gather we need to discuss some changes to the government it has just shown signs of weakness )

Aslan waits for the admiral to bored the ship.

Thorne turns and follow behind Lord Aslan. They walk up to the bridge and Thorne orders for ship to move to the Capital once more. God's Hand lifts up and turns and heads to the Capital. Corey turns an watch his ship leaves, and turns and start the search for anyone that may have survive the attack.

Meanwhile on Board God's Hand

Thorne turns and watches Lord Aslan as the ship lands. Thorne turns to Aslan.

"Sir, we have arrived to the Capital. Please let me and a couple Soldiers escort you back to the building sir."

Two Soldiers comes up and waits at the door, as Admiral Thorne moves to his left as he waits for Lord Aslan to take the lead.

Aslan walks of of the ship with the escort following closely behind him.
They walk to the Capitol Building and make there way to the senate chambers.

He watches as they make there way around the room.

Citizens of Tion, on this day we mark a transition. For a Few hundred years, the Tion Republic stood as the crowning achievement of civilized beings. But there were those who would set us against one another, and we took arms to defend of way of life against the Rebel army. In doing so, we never suspected that the greatest threat came from within.

The Prime Minister, and some within our own Senate, had conspired to create the shadow of Separatism using one of their own as the enemy's leader. They had hoped to grind Tion into ruin. But the hatred in their hearts could not be hidden forever. As last, there came a day when our enemies showed their true natures.

The Rebels hoped to unleash their destructive power against Tion by assassinating the head of government and usuring control of the Rebel army. But the aims of the would-be tyrants were valiantly opposed by those without elitist, dangerous powers. Our loyal troopers contained the insurrection within the Walls of the city.

The remaining Rebels will be hunted down and defeated. Any collaborators will suffer the same fate. These have been trying times, but we have passed the test.

The attempt on my people has left me scarred , but I assure you my resolve has never been stronger. The war is over. The Rebels have been defeated, and the rebellion has been foiled. We stand on the threshold of a new beginning.

In order to ensure the security and continuing stability, the Government will be reorganized into the first Tion Empire, for a safe and secure society, which I assure you will last for thousands of years. An Empire that will be continue to be ruled by this august body and a sovereign ruler chosen for life. An Empire ruled by the majority, ruled by a new consitution.

By bringing the entire System under one law, one language, and the enlightened guidance of one individual, the corruption that plagued the Current government in its later years will never take root. Regional governors will eliminate the bureaucracy that allowed the Rebel movement to grow unchecked. A strong and growing military will ensure the rule of law.

Under the Empire's New Order, our most cherished beliefs will be safeguarded. We will defend our ideals by force of arms. We will give no ground to our enemies and we will stand together against attacks from with or without. Let the enemies of the Empire take heed: Those who challenge Imperial resolve will be crushed.

We have taken on a task that will be difficult, but the people of Tion are ready for the challenge. Because of our efforts, the planet has traded war for peace and anarchy for stability. Billions of beings now look forward to a secure future. The Empire will grow as more planets feel the call, from the Rim to the wilds of unknown space.

TION citizens must do their part..

The Tion troopers, and proudly wearing the name of Imperial Army, have tackled the dangerous work of fighting our enemies on the front lines. Many have died in their devotion to the Empire. Imperial citizens would do well to remember their example.

The New Order of peace has triumphed over the shadowy secrecy of shamful magicians. The direction of our course is clear. I will lead the Empire to glories beyond imagination.

We have been tested, but we have emerged stronger. We moved forward as one people - the Imperial citizens of the first Tion Empire. We will prevail. thousands of years of peace begins today.

Corey stops and turns as he hears Aslan’s speech. Then he turns and watch the faces of the people of Tion. Corey places one hand on his chin and thinks about his speech, he wonders if the Empire will be to much for him to control. Corey grabs a speeder and heads for the Capital to speak to Aslan.

He approaches the Capital as the Soldiers stops him and Corey gets off the speeder.

Corey “I am Lord Dooku of the Grey Jedi Order. I am here to see Lord Aslan.”

Soldier “Yes Lord Dooku, we are here to escort you.”

Corey follows the Soldier as he enters the Capital building. He goes into a room where Aslan was at. Corey goes up to him and bows, and his face becomes serious.

“Congratulation, but now is the time for us to sit and talk. Aslna, your government is young and you need to tend to its growth. I am offering assistance, but I cannot make the offer alone. I will have to talk to the Government I set in place on Planet Roon. We are not under a Empire type Government, but they know I will not tolerate corruption. Once you are done here with the first stage of rebuilding come see me on Planet Roon.”

Corey touches his comlink.

“Bring it up here to the Senate Room, Admiral.”

Corey waits for the Admiral to enter as he listens to Aslan

Just as Corey was about to speak, Admiral Thorne enters with two Soldirs carring a chest. They set the chest between Corey and Aslan, Corey looks down an he waves his hand opening the chest. Inside was gems from planet Roon, it was a small fortune in it. Corey looks up at Aslan.

"This is a small gift from my people on Planet Roon, Lord Aslan. With this it will help with the rebuild of your planet. More will come to help finish with the rebuilding of your government."

Corey crosses his arms

"Before I came here this was going to be the last act of the Grey Jedi Orderr, but I seen something in you. Now this is something you must seriously think about. What I offer you is harder than rebuilding your planet. The Grey Jedi Order believes the force is a whole, that means No light or Dark side just the force. This too will take a lot to rebuild, since I am the last of my Order."

Corey pause as his eyes narrow from how serious this is to him

"Tion and Roon alone is nothing that faces the galax's horror but together we can face many unknown. Neither planet has a strong enouggh military force to take on anyone or anything. So, think on this an I will leave an head home to talk this over with my government."
