Interestingly enough that didn't make her flinch nor start in surprise at all. Instead all she did was incline her head slightly and then look back at him benignly, almost as if she was expecting the imperitive "I wasn't being serious" to come from him thereafter. It didn't, so she elaborated.
"Try not to do it where everyone can see, and if you must make a mess at least clean up after yourself." Khari continued on her little jaunt, walking a few more paces in silence, then pausing shaprly, holding up one finger as point of fact, "Oh, and if you could refrain from doing so until his statement has been presented to the Ten that would be wonderful."
If she was bluffing, she did so perfectly, not batting an eyelid at any untoward look he gave her, whichever way he stood in reality on that subject. One thing was for sure, she wasn't playing that game anymore. At least not at the moment. But ah yes, the message.
Taking out the datapad again, it took a series of decryption sequences to open the file she had been sent, decryption that responded to the small implanted nodes in her fingertips alone, along with another few key parameters. When the information showed up on screen, she cast a critical eye over it's contents and smirked triumphantly. Now this was what she called interesting news.
"A report from one of our subsidaries, it seems the situation on Corellia is growing worse. War is good for business, sad as that may be, such is life." She said, letting him steal a subtle glance at the datapad's screen without drawing too much attention to the contents. If he really wanted a decent look at it, they could do that aboard his ship. That was if he let her anywhere near it again.
Oddly, it was his other comment that threw her, having her almost walk into someone out in the busy walkway outside the medcenter. Breezily, she executed something akin to a skip of a dodge to get out of the way of the person walking the other way - who, thankfully, didn't make too much of a rude comment when she bit out a quick apology on her way by.
"I...uhh...is everything...what?" Her blathering wasn't helping, so she just shut up, waving a hand to indicate she was collecting those thoughts and then came out with it. "That would give the impression we were a little more than associates, don't you think? It's not that I don't want to, it may not even go noticed, but do you want to take that chance?" What she wouldn't have given to throw the secrecy out the airlock. But the fact of the matter remained that this was how it had to be for now, at least until she was in a position where she had proved time and again that she could uphold the high expectations placed upon her shoulders. Competance spoke louder than any promise and once that was assured, then they could see about going public. The media would pounce on that, but the spin would be quite different.
Yet he took ahold of her hand anyway, when she had mentioned the ship. And Khari felt like the ground beneath her feet had just given way and was about to swallow her up. He knew...didn't he?
"Tress....what are you doing?" The Kuati intoned in that mock-overly friendly tone, doing her utmost to keep everything appearing just fine and peachy.
They drew ever closer to the hanger, and he wasn't letting go, she supposed she should do as the Yuuzhan Vong invaders had always been harking on about and embrace the pain; because it was coming, wasn't it?
"Heh...that's exactly what I thought." She hadn't, she had rather hoped he had told her that story to wind her up more, but her tone of voice said everything for her, no he wasn't going to like this, but well, would she apologize? She would if he ceased this incessant baiting.
Oh that was it, just make her feel worse! Khari thought in the split second it took him to tighten his grip on her hand. Annoyed and very indignant about it all, she scowled at him and attempted to pull back on his grip. She wasn't going anywhere, much less to hide from him! Cowardice wasn't her style, and what good would it do anyway?
"Tell you?" Khari asked incredulous, then shook her head adamantly, "No, you'll probably want to see this with your own eyes." She wasn't ready to let him do that just yet, however, resisting moving any closer to the doors by setting her feet apart to steady herself if he tried to pull her along, then stiffened her posture.
"Before you do, I just want you to know that it is completely rectifyable and well, I was angry...quite a lot angry if I am being completely honest and you know how that has a habit of clouding my judgement." When they didn't immediately resume walking that way, she felt the need to add the obligatory awkward "That is all."
Now she relaxed her posture a little, waiting for the moment he activated the doors and he'd see that ship in all it's gleaming glory. One might have wished they had a holocam right about now, but Khari realized, she had several, why in the name of all that was right with the galaxy would she want to remember this? It was going to be etched into her memory.
"After you."

Was she calling his bluff or going along with things. He was never to sure with her other than when she really meant it. She could want his death, but had to be seen as not having anything to do with it. Therefore letting him do what she herself wanted. It was best not to ask her any more on the topic, she wouldn't answer any more than she had.
"I will keep that in mind." he tells her. It could be done, quick or slow depending no his choice of plan. That would come later, he still had to wait until he filled out the report she wanted. The message had been playing on his mind, too. She was just answering that one.
"Corellia?" he said in a hushed whisper more for his own benefit as he sneaked a quick peek at her datapad. He knew Kuat had some subsidiaries dealing with CEC, engineering think tank or something close to that, but what did she mean by war was good for business? She moved the datapad away before he could see that part. "You'll have to tell me more later then."
He liked how she stammered with a response, most likely it bothered her or caught her off guard, but secret or not he wanted to do things he saw others couples do. "Your ashamed of me, admit it." he baits her.
He still reached and held her hand, they were almost at the hanger and he was growing suspicious of her speaking about his transport. She wouldn't have, he had explained what it meant to him. She just couldn't do that to something he cherished and valued. Now if she was feeling guilty or evasive he knew something in what she said had to be true. "I am holding the hand of the woman i love. Is there a problem with that?" he says alittle loud just to rile her up. There was no one close enough to hear them anyway, but she would still look.
He waited his hand adding pressure over hers, his eyes boring into her. "See what Khari? What did you do?" he had a feeling he was going to be pissed over it. She was excusing her behavior after giving him grief over his. The almost regal 'that is all' had him raising his brow in amazement. Was she dismissing him or was that something else.
He turned and pulled her with him, her hand still in his. Punched in the codes and stood shocked seeing his pride and joy.....painted PINK. More pressure on her hand was all she had to know what was coming. he finally let go of her hand and walked away. "This was crossing the line...." he tells her his mood still souring, he would have left her there and walked away, but changed his mind.
Turning back he stepped up to her grabbed her hand and pulled her towards the pink ship. Walking up the ramp he sees after punching in the codes he takes her inside. "This is beyond anything i ever done to you or anyone else. IT will be punishment like you have never known. This ship means something to me. It is like stealing KDY from you and causing it to go bankrupt, how would you feel then?"
Gets down to what he had in mind......
(time skip)
Ten minutes later he is walking down the ramp on his own while wiping his mouth as he read the message from Corellia in its entirety. Two could play this game he was thinking, he was off to find a secure comm station to make a few calls to his investment banker who was located on Coruscant. He was going to make a few purchase of smaller companies and due to what was on the datapad make a bid for something bigger.

She would have gestured to the doors had his hand not been squeezing her own quite so tightly. It was verging on the painful before he let up. But she knew better than to be intimidated by those kind of antics.
"Just open the door." Was all she said, gesturing frippantly towards it, and bracing herself for impact. Because as impacts went, this was going to be almighty.
The unceremonious yank on her arm had her pulled in the direction of the hanger before she could protest, and when he had gotten them both over the threshold, there descended that tense silence, the calm before the storm unleashed hell over all. Or just her in this case. That moment where all they could both do, was stare in amazement at what was sitting before them. Khari was sure the sound she could hear in her ears was more the background thum of generators rather than the roaring of her blood pressure and rapidly rising pulse. But not a word had either of them spoken yet, so she felt the need to break the silence.
"Well, that's the cleanest I have ever seen that ship." What else could she have said that would have made it sound good? It would sell well if converted into a leisure vehicle for hen parties? It would cause a stir amongst the Imperial senate? Well...it would do that.
And then came his return - oh he was angry, far angrier than she had ever had the pleasure of witnessing, that was for sure. At least he'd let go of her hand for the time being, somehow that made it a thousand times easier to try and reason with him. But Kuati and reason didn't really go in the same sentence with eachother, as she was about to prove.
"It's not that bad. It's not like I emasculated you, like I should have, for that stunt in the medcenter. I mean what did you expect?" No definitely not the right line of approach but she had started, so in true Khari fashion, she would finish, "If you hadn't have started this by asking that zabrak what you did none of this would have happened...you've only yourself to blame." Pointing the finger, literally, at him, she jabbed the air for emphasis, all drawn up like she was anyone overhearing might have mistaken them for a couple of children squabbling, but this was quite the sight.
"Don't walk away when I am talking to you!" He wasn't walking, Khari knew, he was pacing again, this time turning towards her, at a fair pace.....and he wasn't stopping either.
A strong hand encircled one of her wrists and pulled her sharply towards Tress, wringing a surprised cry from her and many more harshly uttered curses. What he'd said about this being like him taking what she had out from under her, that was nothing like what she had done and he knew it! Reaching over with her free hand, she tried to pry his fingers off of her snared wrist, as yet unsuccessful, but she was putting the brakes on, digging her heels into the floor as much as possible, but all that did was make a high pitched screeching noise that had a few maintenance droids looking their way.
"Oh stop being so melodramatic! It will take less than a day to fix this and it was always my intention to do so!" Khari hissed with annoyance when he just snagged that wrist tighter, "Will you LET GO, where are we going anyway? There's no point inspecting the interior, all your stollen property is exactly where you left it don't worry your hot head over that!"
If tongues could dig holes, hers would have dug an entire trench by now, she thought to herself, but he really was taking this far worse than he should have. She had expected anger, a lot of ranting and raving, but not this. And that threat hadn't sounded in the least bit good. When he had successfully, albeit awkwardly, pulled her to the foot of the landing ramp, the Kuati simply stared up into the well lit interior and canted her head slightly to see just what he was so intent on dragging her off to see, or do for that matter. When she didn't see anything in the immediate area, her haughtiness returned in full force.
"I'm not going up there." Pulling back on her arm, she attempted to cross both over her chest, more out of bloody minded habit than any real attempt to twist free of him. "So you might as well give up."
She could try and trip him, but that would just make him angrier and more intent on doing what he was going to anyway. Twisting her arm until he couldn't keep ahold of her was another option, but would yeild the same results and possibly end up twisting her arm in the process. It didn't matter, because he was already hauling her up there.
"Tress! I'm warning you! You're being completely childish about this!" The dark haired woman fought him every step of the way, be it verbal, trying to hang back or otherwise, but it was all to no avail. The moment her feet had made it up the landing ramp and out of sight, a single blaster shot rang out, reverberrating on the ship walls and surrounding area with a tinny sounding echo. All that was heard from there on, were the regular sounds of the hanger's comings and goings.

He stopped at the bottom of the ramp and reread the entire message, thinking of plans he would like to implement, but first things first. He had just done something that could be have a death mark over his head. Shooting something wasn't exactly legal and in this case with her being the defacto leader of a mega corporation meant bad news for him.
Starting to move again he started off out of the hanger bay as he pocketed the datapad he had taken from khari. There wasn't much time to do what he had to before things got bad, so he had to act now.
Finding a secure comm station wasn't that hard with him being an Imperial liaison to Kuat. There were things such as diplomatic discussions that would need to be secret. So as he sat down he punched in from memory the one person he trusted other than Urai and he thought Khari at one point.
"Bank of the Core, Cian Praji speaking." said the feminine voice on the other end.
"Hello, beautiful. You have been neglecting your duties." He said without preamble. They had gone way back, the two of them had been an item at one point in time many years ago. Now she supervised his finical interests as a VP of the Bank of the Core and a member of the family that controlled the majority of the shares due to a helping hand from a Zann.
The raiding of the Emperors vaults had made Tyber a billionaire several times over, but he needed a place to stash it. In came in the House of Praji who gained controlling interest of one of the galaxy's largest financial institutions int he galaxy all due to the timely deposit of Tybers investment. Over the years it had become a sizable inheritance.
"Tress." the purr in her voice making him smile. "Where have you been, I thought you would have come seen me by now. I had heard you won the Senate seat and would be on Coruscant."
"I did and sort of got distracted on the way, but this is a business call and i need your help Cian." he told her quickly what he wanted and how to distribute the funds from his accounts. "So Azure MotorWorks on Anaxes for sure, ok. They have been hinting at selling, and Zann Remanufacturing can use their updated facilities to speed up production." Next he told her to set up a company called Azure Industries, which will be explained later.
"Next i want anything to do with the Rendili StarDrive company. We can set up a merger with us for interest in their company or go for outright buying of their publically traded stock. ." There was something of a plan in his head and he wanted to take advantage of it before others did, KDY especially, he would finish what his grandfather started.

The rest of the morning for Klask was mainly uneventful, Banner finally showed up bringing him a communicator as well as a uniform. It took some doing but after struggling into it, he felt like a different man again. He had worn one uniform or another for nearly 50 years, he did not feel himself without being in one.
His doctor came in as he was holstering the second of the blasters, and before he could speak was intimidated into silence by the glare he received.
Klask had a meeting to attend to, but first a nice stop at Daal'Mono-Ko's for a decent lunch.

Tired and with a really staggered gait, Khari finally emerged from the still-gleaming pink ship, it’s exterior paint job burning her vision argantly, a small reminder of just why she had the headache to start with. Unsteadily, she did her best to make it to the bottom of the landing ramp, her knees feeling like they were about to give way beneath her all over again. In the end, she settled for slumping down at the foot of the ramp, dispassionately staring out at the space beyond, in the aftermath, where a small group of droids were operating a load lifter tending to another ship berthed nearby. Her listless demeanour had less to do with her actual mood than it did the stim she had been given earlier to wake her up from her stun-blast prematurely. The comedown from that had been spectacular, and responsible for the sighing heap of Kuati sitting at the foot of Zann’s ship. Well, partially responsible anyway, the rest had been all him, and a blaster.
She supposed she should get up, there were things she needed to do, check on and of course there was that meeting with Klask. Perhaps she should postpone until she was certain the stim was fully out of her system? Stars, she wasn’t even sure how long she had been out for...and the rest. Reaching into one pocket, she began to search for her personal datapad to check just that, but couldn’t find it. A frown creased her brow more so as she patted herself down, but still no sign of the datapad. Had it fallen out of her pocket when she had been shot? She hadn’t thought she had been holding it, but her memory was sketchy. Tiredly running a hand through her hair, she craned her neck to look back up the landing ramp again. All the way back up there? Well, nobody had a vornskyr and detected jedi for themselves.
“Tress? Have you seen my datapad?” She called, doing her utmost to keep that lethargic slur out of her words, stirring the droids across the way from their work, she sounded way too hoarse for her liking “I can’t find it.”
That wasn’t a good thing, there was something on there she didn’t want others to see, something that was encrypted, but in the right hands, someone would easily be able to decrypt the information given enough time...and depending on how long she had been out. Khari groaned, the noise reigniting the pain synapses in her head, causing her to raise one hand and pinch the bridge of her nose to relieve the pressure. She had been looking at that information when he’d shot her, she’d had the files open! Stupid, stupid woman - however much she could berrate herself it would be nothing compared to what she would do to Tress if he came down here without it. She should have killed him anyway for shooting her in the first place, what had been the point of that exactly? Teaching her a lesson? All it had served to do would be to teach him that retalliation that serious could earn you a hell of a lot of trouble. Unless that hadn’t been the reason he’d done it, of course. What had transpired since his return suggested otherwise, but was that just to buy him more time? He could have done anything with that intel while she was out - passed it on to third parties for instance, or merely saved it to a safe location for later. Then all he had to do was distract her as she woke up, and she had been very distracted. It was all a little too convenient for her liking. A naturally suspicious person anyway, it didn’t take her long to reach a few possible conclusions.
That did it. If he had done anything with that information, or she even sniffed the beginnings of a lie, she was going to find out and when she did, she was going to kill Tress Odak-Zann.

He was just coming out of his cabin aboard the ship running his hand through his hair when he heard her call out. Just hours earlier he had shot her, then left on some business and came back for some unfinished business that took the better part of three hours. Feeling good about what he had just done was an understatement, no, he was actually proud of what he did. He had take the first step to a master plan, just really hoped no one discovered his dealings until after some time had past.
"Ah, here it is..." he calls out to her steadying himself using the bulkheads. He was worn out, and stumbling on shaking legs. "..you must have dropped it in the shock of the moment."
Coming out of the ship after stopping at the top of the ramp his hand raised to shield his eyes. "What is it with people and bright lights?" Slowly he walked the rest of the way and sat with a sigh next to her. "Here you go." it was off now, so she wouldnt know he had seen its contents. "Whats int here by the way? We got distracted before you could tell me?"
He was tried looking but her ont he other hand looked worse for wear. "Want another stim to snap you out of things?" he said jokingly as pay back he had shot her, then woke her up in the most peculiar of ways. While entertaining to him, he didn't giver her rest for three hours in part to that stim he had given her. Imagine stimulates coursing through your veins, while you couldn't do nothing but take it and what he had called punishment for the course.

She could hear him clanking about up there, no doubt trying to manouver himself, how she'd made it this far without tripping over something in that mess of a corridor she would never know, but at least she was alive, if a little worse for wear. She was still trying to work out just where she could have left that datapad, or rather where it could have fallen - and she hoped she hadn't fallen onto it - for her to lose it like that. It wasn't like her to misplace things.
Shock of the moment was it? There was little one could do not to be shocked by the force of a blaster bolt hitting you in the back. In the back of all places, as she had tried to twist away, she should be seething right now! But he'd taken care of that alright, how long her placidly pensive mood lasted was dependent on him as well. But he had the benefit of the doubt for the moment.
Looking back up the ramp again she managed a smile through the haziness of her vision, and had to force herself not to laugh, it had to be a pretty amusing sight, her sitting down there as if simply taking in the 'stunning' evening scenery. Which was perfectly plausible if you were an industriphile. To all normally minded denizens however, it was an odd sight. Gently, she patted the spot beside her, beckonning him to join her, if he was able. By the looks of him he could have used a nap too. She supposed she could always return the favour and shoot him this time.
"Let's take a look shall we? Come...sit..." Khari asked, patting that spot beside her again, it was as good a place as any to go over the information, but that wasn't her only reason for asking him. No.
When he reached her, plonking himself down in that same 'sack of bones' way she had earlier, the droids across the way took pause and had another little look. Self conscious droids? Whatever next. Taking the datapad from him, she saw that it was switched off, and slid him a suspicious, sidelong glance. She hadn't turned it off, she always left this thing on so that anyone could reach her with such reports at their convenience and her's to receive them.
"Where did you find it?" Khari asked idly, thumbing the device on and waiting for it to run through it's brief loading sequence before displaying what it should, lighting up before her eyes and forcing a squint of irritance from her along with it. "...I see your point about the lights."
Could the datapad have been knocked and then turned off? It was possible, but then it wouldn't have gone through it's correct shutdown processes and that tended to make it antsy - as antsy as a machine could get anyway. She really needed to get another one designed for her, this one was proving a liability. And that seemed to be going for more things than one right now.
"Are you sure it was like this when you found it? I could have sworn I left it on..." She didn't add that she always left it on without fail, if he was astute enough he would have known that, but she hadn't ever really made a point of using it much in front of him, there were always other things that occupied their attention when together. Work seemed to blend into the background.
Her head snapped round so fast she suddenly felt dizzy all over again, a noticable wince creasing her otherwise fine features, "No! Don't you even think about it, Tress...you crossed a line back there, crossed several lines, actually. You...you shot me! And negating the part in between then and us getting here, I don't know what was going through your head. You know most normal people don't shoot eachother when they have an issue!" Raising her hand to her head again, she rubbed away the rising pain. "Pink ship or not...that can be fixed, a blaster burn in a very embarrassing place for however long it takes...ohh no no no. And while we are at it, why don't you tell me what you found so interesting when you left the ship all that time? Would it have anything to do with what is on here, perhaps?" She held up the now active datapad for emphasis. The ball was in his court now.

He moved with slow deliberate movements, still drained from what had occurred before. Sitting next to her was easy cause it left him planted there at her side. Anything that had him not moving was great just about then. What he wished to do was lay back and just rest and catch some sort of second wind, but that was out of the question. Things were happening and it pitted the both of them against each other, or soon enough would be the case.
He had looked over at her and seen her study the datapad and hesitating as she switched it on. Knew she would ask what she did, so he had an easy answer for her. "The corridor walkway, half way between where we ended up and where we now sit. Why?" He was curious wondering what she was thinking, being the smart crafty person she was it could have been anything.
He looked up when she spoke of the lights, agreeing with his earlier assessment of them. Using his hand he shielded his eyes from the glare and shurged. "Could be what we were up to inside and it is dim in there...." gave it at mysterious feeling as you walked inside. The cockpit and the cabins were well lit, but everything else was dim giving it some ambiance to the mood he was trying to set in there.
Returning his attention to her he nodded silently. "Just like that." Then looked down at the datapad in her hands. "Could have fallen and jarred the power unit or the impact could have shut it down." they were appropriate responses of what could have happened. Though he was picking up on a slight undertone of doubt in what he said from her.
So he thought she must still been feeling the effects of things, the offer of another stim was genuine on his part, but she took acceptation to it.
"Your one to talk about crossing lines." he told her off handedly, not rising to the bait, yet. "The defacement of private property, further more its listed as representing the RGE's Representative her to Kuat as a diplomatic shuttle. Talk about crossing the line..." he was actually looking at his nails at that point, going along with her rant in a smug pleasant tone.
With a mocking look he smiles at her, "Khari, my dear, stun blasts don't leave marks as you very much know. Don't be over dramatic about it, tell me you didn't enjoy things upon waking up." a slow winning knowing Zann grin came out. She could lie all she wanted, rave of his wrong doing in this matter, but her questioning him that last time was getting to him.
Standing he walked a few feet away and turned on her. "If your accusing me of something don't be coy come out and say it." he had no guilty conscience over what he did, it was for the betterment of things to come. It was for the future, if she wanted to be at his side as he did it then fine. If not she would soon find herself taken advantage of. "Well out with it?" he almost shouted at her, but instead controlled himself and said it calmly knowing it would keep her off guard. He would have to watch her more carefully, she would be a serious threat to what he had planned.

Just like that? Did he think she was born yesterday, the lying little deviant, she could tell when he was doing it too, he did that 'thing' with his face. But it wasn't so much a concern that he was telling a lie about it as it was why he was lying about it. What had he done with the information on that datapad, and why was it such a big secret? Khari supposed she shouldn't have been so surprised, she had known from the start she was placing a lot of trust in him considering, she had hoped in some small way that in doing so, he would have taken that gesture and honoured it, not turned it to his advantage. But that was the point, the one lesson she had been brought up on, there were no friends, lovers or family in business...and now a Zann was sticking his nose into hers. Enough of that then.
"Really, Tress, you must think I came in with the last shipment. I expected you capable of many things, but this? I wanted you to prove everyone wrong, I really did...how stupid of me to actually believe that you might." She hated just how genuinely hurt that actually made her sound, usually impervious to such snarks at her character, or indeed that no nonsense attitude when it came to those who were really trying to pull a number on her. He'd managed to succeed where most had barely made a scratch. That was reason enough to be bitter in her mind.
All she did was glare balefully back at him throughout that little exchange, it wasn't going to be a one sided one either, he would know she was simply storing it up for the opportune moment where she would catch him out on something. Get her in enough of a bad mood and she'd have a verbal strike more potent than a kodashi viper. Still silently seething, he wasn't helping himself by taking pot shots at her in that tone of voice. Not one little bit.
"Are you quite done, or was there anything else you'd like to add to that slurry of outrageous nonsense?" Khari quipped with a plaintive expression. " A mistake, a simple mistake...can I help it if there was a mix up in the commissioned quota for the day and your shuttle just happened to be the one out of thousands they picked mistakenly? No, but I can investigate this hienous crime for you, I'm sure Captain Banner and his team would be all too happy to drop their very important work investigating the acts of terrorism in the secure hanger, to discover just how this crime against your egotistical, self-centered, bloody minded pride occurred."
Even she couldn't stop the colour rising to her skin for a moment there, but it was quickly reined under control when he smirked at her like that. No, no he was not going to win this one and she would find out what he'd done, even if she had to have him arrested to do it. Would she do that? Khari wondered to herself, actually go that far? Of course she would. He'd done this to himself.
"That is beside the point! You shot me, or is that how they do things on Anaxes these days?" Her imperious highly strung tone was beginning to sound strained, any second now she'd just walk away and be done with it. But that wasn't wise, not yet. "I tell you what, I would love an in depth discussion with you about just what you did out here while I was busy...in there, how about I take the Anaxian approach and shoot you in the back and we can begin, hmm?!"
Had she not been recovering from the stim, she might well have done just that to spite him. Shooting him out here would cause all kinds of drama though, from setting off alarms to spurring on a full scale security situation, it was more trouble than it was worth just to save face or make a point. Even if he was trying to make it sound like everything she had done here had been to spite him, to make him do whatever he had done. Preposterous.
The Kuati drew back slightly, those extra few inches giving her a better perspective on him and the overlay of things. He was still playing the innocent act? Khari shook her head sadly, trying not to laugh mirthlessly, he must really think her the fool.
"Very well," She said, her tone matching his, calm, precise and very unsettling, "What did you do with the information you found on my datapad, Tress? I would advise you to answer honestly, theft and industrial espionage are very serious charges and I would have no choice but to follow through with them, it would be a shame to delay your imminent departure any longer." Briefly, her gaze dropped to the blaster now holstered at his hip, if he was thinking of reaching for it, doing so out here in the open was a very bad idea on his part. The place looked empty enough, but such was the paranoia of Kuati that there wasn't an inch of this place that wasn't observed in some fashion. He wouldn't get far.
"And don't think that what happened in there," tossing a glance up the landing ramp, "would stop me."
She was on her feet now, too, keeping just the right ammount of distance between them that he really would have to shoot her if he wanted to get to her any faster than she could back away and draw attention to what was going on. Had he picked up on what she had said earlier? It was a little hard to miss, but in case he was listening with selective hearing.
"Because you're going to tell me, and then you're going to leave."

There it was again, a hint of her calling him on his bluff, was she calling him a liar then? She was leaving him no choice, her constant questioning him after all this time. What was her problem. "Whats that suppose to mean? You asked and i answered. What are you playing at, Vestra?" Lets see about turning the tables shall we, it couldn't hurt and would actually prove her theory right with him trying to shift blame. "What have i done that has you questioning me this way? All I have done till now is help you, love you and cover up messy situations you got yourself into." Yes, he was talking about her telbun. It wouldn't cause her any problems but it would provide some sort of reference to his character. He had helped and wanted nothing but a chance to be at her side. Ah, emotions...the perfect weapon to use against someone.
He would have to assume his point on defacing his property wasn't going to work on her. "Outrageous!?" he all but shouted at her. "Thats a lie and you know it...dont try to talk yourself out of this one. This is a private hanger bay used for diplomats or clients. There would be no commission quota to paint anything in here. "
Her other points only had him smiling. "Well why get those man off an investigation that will take them the better part of a standard year to piece together. Incompetent fools like all Juati, have them stick to paintings ships its what their so good at." lets see how she dealt with her...how she put it- egotistical, self-centered, bloody minded pride in all things Kuati as it took some blows. One of her own opened Kuati's borders to another's military navel fleet and he was getting questioned? To the nine hells with her then, he didn't need this inquisition from her out of all people.
Ah, to see her weaken at such things had him smirk. For all her self control she lost it when he surprised her, it was why he did it, and it lead to interesting experiences. "That is precisely the point. The end result, we both wanted, needed and craved. Lie to yourself but I know you well enough to know you enjoyed it." let her stew on that for a few seconds, cause he wasn't finished. "Oh, busy were you now?" he chuckled at that, he had left her entertained and lets leave it at that. "Is that your less than subtle way of saying you want another round in there, be my guess....if your sure you can handle it."
Her actions and movements had him a coiled mess waiting for what was coming next. He knew things would get bad, but not so quick and not over something as pointless as a switched off datapad. No, he had expected all this when she found out the things he did after reading the contents of the message she had received, not with just the assumption of him doing something. After all there was no proof of any wrong doing on his part, that she knew of, but she was smarter than most woman. She could come to the conclusion knowing him as well as she did.
"Are you accusing me as the official RGE liaison of espionage?" he looked at her incredulously. "Watch your next step, Khari...before you go to far." a threat out before he could catch it, it was to late to take back now.
"Departure?" he was taken back at that one. "I am not leaving, not willingly anyway." he stood there thinking, sorting out possible paths she was taking and all led to one thing. "You used me and have from the start, haven't you?" his hand almost went for the blaster at his hip. The feeling of betrayal was hard on him, but not as much as what he planned for her and Kuat. "I wont tell you anything but this before i leave...." he tells her mockingly. "The Zann's have a close history with Kuat, I will add to that history and bring the Zanns closer than they have ever been before. "
Walking past her head held high he smirks and adds as he makes it to his shuttle. "What is coming is something that will change the course of things to come, and its to late to stop it." he points at the datapad and laughs. "I am ahead of you by hours....catch me if you can." he then walks up the ramp and closes it behind him,
Inside he starts issuing orders "Pilot get us out of here. Take us to Coruscant." he would stay there for awhile. Maybe take out his old flame Cian Praji and do something adventurous out on the town so that the holonews would plaster his face and hers on every channel from the core to the outer rim.

That was just out of order, completely uncalled for. How could he stand there and say that after he had been the partial reason that all that had blown up in both their faces? The mess she had gotten herself into?! Not quite believing what she had just heard she took a step back as if to turn away and just leave him there, shaking her head just barely enough to be noticable, evidently shaking her thoughts around into some sort of sensical order too. Because when she turned back, she saw nothing but clarity.
"You know that's not what happened." She looked him in eye when she said that, the tinge of pain that had caused just adding more fuel to the already damning fire. "I could stand here and explain all over again how if you hadn't been so adament about ousting the cause of that little 'mess', as you so put it, that there wouldn't have been a mess to clear up. But I would be wasting my breath. If you feel guilty about that then that is fine by me, but don't ever, EVER try and say that I caused that."
And there he had asked her just why she felt the need to accuse him, when it had been him who had accused her that day, of things she had already told him she would not do. That when the person Tress himself had invited into the fray, had turned on her, he had immediately thought the worst and accused her instead of seeing the truth. He'd taken a relative stranger's words over her own. There was no way in all the nine hells of corellia she was even deigning his accusation argument with an answer. That was the thing about situations like that, they always came back to haunt you - and they certainly were him.
As Tress went on to try and insight her rage further, baiting her with quips and insults about how the running of things here went, such as the nasty little incident with the Imperials and the untimely decision made by Colonel Klask, she couldn't let that get to her. Not only was it petty, she didn't see him being the totally competant leader himself, for all his resources he was still heir to a criminal empire at the end of the day, one that could come crashing down around him if he didn't watch his step. Khari wondered if he knew just how easily that could happen. While he had seen much in his time here, she had gleaned much in the way of useful information from him. They were at an impasse there, but all it took was one wrong move to make everything happen to either's detriment.
He was trying to wear her thin, he had to be.
Khari whirled on him without preamable, paying no mind to the fact she'd seen his hand twitch down by that blaster, she was too angry now for caution, blood boiling that he had the audacity to think he could take that tone with her now of all times.
"Who's lying, and don't flatter yourself. I wouldn't so much as lend a thought to doing that all over again, why set myself up for more disappointment?" He hadn't held back on his comments why should she? Because you're better than that - a small voice inside asserted it's self, urging her to stop before she really said something she lived to regret, only to have it shot down by the rage still pouring hellfire down on her sense of judgement.
"The only person who's going to be walking back up that ramp is you. Alone."
"Funny, you're doing an awfully good impression of someone who is leaving." Khari snorted derisively, divining some sense of amusement from his blatant reversal. The rest she supposed was some kind of mock warning. Oh she knew all about the history of the Zanns and Kuat both, what had happened here and his threat did little to shake her. Why would it? There was that shared knowledge, he could try and pull that rug out from under her but she was going to be snapping at his heels every step of the way until one day, and that day would come, he would trip.
"Yes, Tress, I used you just like you were using me, but it never occurred to you that you wouldn't be far enough away from here to avoid the fallout when I realized that, did it? There's a first time for everything so don't feel too bad, by the way...that bitter taste in your mouth, it's called failure. Get used to it, you're going to become very familiar with it if you continue to issue threats." Used him? The cheek of it! What, because she was what she was, she was automatically predisposed to using every man she ever came across as some sort of plaything. She could have taken up that lifestyle if she wished, she even had dabbled where she'd felt like it. But not him. And he would never know that now he'd thrust that accusation firmly across to her side of the table. Khari wasn't sure if she felt more pain over the fact he wouldn't know, or just that she'd been stupid enough to feel that way about someone who was so obviously out for what he could get. In the end her mind was resolute.
"Just go, Tress."
By the time he'd thought to grant her that little display of arrogance, she was already turning to leave, having heard all she wanted to know in the process. Her only sign of acknowledgement the barely audible "That's what you assume." she had uttered to herself as she crossed the hanger. He'd already told her enough.

The hanger's relative privacy had been a definite help in allowing her to keep her composure. While inside she seethed the entire way back to her offices, outwardly it didn't look like anything was too awry - but nobody had stopped to speak to her. Not that this came as any surprise, she had moved with purpose, not caring to catch anyone's eye nor pay too much attention to anything save for the swirling inward misasma of anger, pain and bloody minded determination. Whatever she felt about the events that had just transpired, she knew exactly what she had to do, and it wouldn't take much doing either.
One thing had started to become clear though, if she was thinking of making a move on a few new assets that had come to light of late, she needed to do that sooner rather than later. KDY was no stranger to competition, that went without saying, and the mistake she didn't want to make was letting this get personal. The situation on Corellia was starting to turn fortuitous, for them at least, not so much the Corellians, and the time was ripe to subtly put out a few suggestions in regards to their current investments and holdings in the Corellian shipbuilding industry. As things stood, they owned a sizable portion of a company producing sensor arrays for a variery of vessels. That would become their foot in the door, the crisis on Corellia merely the wedge that kept that door wide open.
It also meant that door was wide open for others too, others like the Zann consortium.
Somehow the journey back hadn't seemed to take nearly as long as getting there, and by the time Khari made it to the meeting room, she actually had minutes to spare before Klask was due to arrive. Precious minutes she wasn't going to waste pondering things any further.
Settling at the head of the meeting room's table, she slid a palm over the concealed panel in the table top, which immediately back lit the inset comm unit there esconced. She had been about to speak when she realized that the name that had immediately formed on her lips had been 'Arri' - another reason to sour her mood. That thread wouldn't be left severed either.
"Mina? Get in touch with the co-chairperson for Chempat Engineered Defenses, I would like to schedule a meeting at his earliest convenience. The details will be with him shortly."
Keying the comm off, she didn't wait for the confirmation, her staff were hand picked to the highest standards, she wasn't in the mood for protocol nor pleasantries at present. Interlacing her fingers before her, she sighed tiredly, sliding her hands up to cover her face for a lethargic moment, Khari silently cursed Tress for invading her thoughts again, this had been one blow she really didn't need, nor if she was being honest, want. Foolishly, she had debated trying to contact him later, maybe really have it out with him but what was left to say? She'd made her point and he'd made his all too clear. But what was hurt more, her feelings or her pride?
Leaning back in her chair she pulled herself together, Klask would be arriving soon and she needed to keep her focus as everything slowly pieced together. It would be a trying time ahead, but not impossible.

Lunch was simply heaven, it had been too long since he had had a decent meal, and this more than satisfied the desire. They had some time to spare, so Banner took a path through the section so Klask could get an "eyes on" the progress of the repairs. At least things were getting back to a semblance of normal, thought it would still be a wile till the section was officially reopened with all the little things that made it pretty in place.
When they finally arrived at the corporate office, they headed on up to the CEO's offices, and reported for the meeting with the CEO. Banner retired to a seat to wait it out.
He did not immediately recognize the assistant seated behind her desk, "Would you please let Lady Vestra know that Colonel Klask is here for the meeting."

Evidently buried in her work, the young woman behind the desk hadn't heard Banner or Klask approach, up to her eyeballs in cleaning up the various messes and discrepancies left by her predecessor, the first she knew of their presence was when Banner spoke - and that had her jumping out of her skin. Looking up with a start, she did her best not to appear like she'd just been as startled as she was, the man's words registering a second later than usual, when she cast a look over towards where Klask stood, all pomp and usual splendor, waiting patiently.
Sympathetically, she smiled in his direction, by all accounts he'd been through the wars lately and what he was about to walk into, she didn't know. Only that Khari hadn't exactly seemed in the best of spirits when returning here moments before hand.
"Of course." She said almost melodically, keying in the intercomm, "Lady Vestra? Colonel Klask has arrived."
There was barely a pause before the girl, Mina, held a finger to the cochlear implant in her ear, tapping it lightly with one index finger as her expression brightened when she next looked up at them both. Her address though, was just for Klask's ears.
"She will see you now, Colonel."
****
Khari sat precisely where she had resided since entering the room, deigning to stand when the door to the meeting room slid open near-soundlessly, the small exchange of cool recycled air with the relative temperate climate of the reception area outside, stirring the leaves of two immaculately pruned plants that had been sculpted into perfect resemblance of the three pyramids that made up part of the KDY emblem. They were getting a little overgrown, people were slacking.
Moevement in the doorway drew her attention, bringing a thin smile to her lips when she saw Klask standing there - and as he had suggested, he was wearing pants. Good pants too, he was beginning to look more like his old self, if a little tired after his ordeal.
"Colonel, take a seat, I trust you made good of my offer of food? I really had no idea how terrible the food in that medcenter was, I apologize for that."
Retaking her own seat, Khari placed upon the table an identical replica of the same little oblong device Klask himself had used when wishing to keep everything they had said in this room between themselves. A multi channel scrambler, it would render any listening or surveilance devices all but useless, and comms along with them. What she had to discuss was for their ears only and it wasn't simply because it could be incriminating to herself. No - he probably wouldn't want word of what he had done getting out either, so to that effect, he could be grateful. It only took the tap of one finger to activate the device, which did so with a high pitched ringing that finally reached a level inaudible to the human ear.
"I'm sure you won't mind if we just cut to the chase? Keeping you in suspense is hardly fair, though I think you understand what this is about." Khari said, keeping the tone light, but not without it's fair share of seriousness, this was a pretty serious subject. "The small matter of your little dalliance with the Empire prior to the arrival of the RGE. I have been considering your options as it were. There is no question of whether or not this should be brought to the attention of the Ten, I am duty bound to do so, they would wish to know....but-"
Here she paused, her gaze wandering distantly out of the large spanning viewport and to the celestial form of Kuat turning below them, perhaps silently congniscent of the impending gathering she wasn't looking forward to one bit. Those meetings were like throwing one's self to the acklay: you were watching your step from all sides and doing your best to avoid the snaps sent reeling your way. It was everyone for themselves...and yet somehow, order transpired out of this.
"...I believe you and I might share something of a common opinion." Now she turned her attention back on him, dark eyed gaze fixing on his as sharp as a sniper's scope. "We were both present when Kage Dooku wrought havoc on our spaceport, and then to the damage caused by the Falleen and his charge...presumably. From what I gather from reading the reports, he appears to have some unnatural abilities himself, leading some to believe he might also be a force wielding being. I have long held the opinion that half the problems in this galaxy are as a direct result of conflicts with the Jedi, or issues that conflict with their 'code' of whatever idealistic view they attempt to uphold. This Kage, and what might remain of his decaying Grey order, over stepped the line. While the RGE might have taken care of him for us, the proof remains to be seen as to if he has served his time for such crimes, and I know there will be those here who call for correct and proper justice." Kuati justice was most unlike it's politics, cut and dry, you crossed people, you often ended up vanishing, never to be seen again. Much like the Kage had with the RGE, but that wasn't proof enough for the Ten. Not for Khari.
"After all, what is to then prevent others from seeing this as an opportunity, a weakness? It practically advertises us to would be terrorists and pirates foolish enough to try and take what they can get. Look at the Zann's for example...we may have the eclipse back, but the Kage hasn't exactly done our image any good by embarrassing us this way...again...several years on." She hadn't made any excuses as to why Tress was not present, nor would she, though after the way they had both left the med-center, perhaps Klask was relieved.
"I am willing to forgo certain facts in the report regarding the empire's involvement here, plausibly of course, if you would do me the small favour of putting a little spin on that report into just what happened in the secure hanger." Khari merely pushed that one out there, let him turn it this way and that.

[glow=red,2,300]Rhy knylenn[/glow] Like all Kuati nobles, there was a pompous air to them, this one just so happened to be full of self importance. He was back home after a tour of the Core and just heard some disturbing news. Walking as if he was ruler of all he surveyed he made his way to the Directors' offices. His family had some bad scandals dealt to them in past years, but he had taken it upon himself to set things right. Money was no object to him, nor was playing both sides off each other. Name of the game to him was- profit and what that profit could get him. Right now it was his families prestige back and the honor that came with it. "Hello, Mr. Knyleen. Lady Vestra is busy.....Sir, you cant go in there !" he was used to doing things his way, no woman would tell him not to do anything. He was senior head of his house, unlike the other TEN where woman ran things. So he strolled past the helpless woman telling him he couldn't and walked in to the Directors office uninvited. Standing there in his black suit actuated by the bright purple trim and his taller than average hat, he surveyed the room with a well practiced eye. "Khari, darling. Have you missed me?""Forgive me Lady Vestra, he....."

Klask performs one of those little military bows, though a bit more lackluster than he had on his previous visit before taking the offered seat without hesitation. His face is a little tired, it is fairly clear he still has lingering pains and fatigue, but seems to be in a good spirit.
"Thank you Lady Vestra, and yes I certainly did, it was a priority upon obtaining my freedom from that place. At least it can be said the funds go toward providing excellent medical care for the patients."
He raises an eyebrow seeing her with one of the scrambling devices, but smiles without comment. With the data mining, and other potential sources of "leaks" that had been uncovered it had been a precaution before, but after Kaur's little escapade and involvement, it was even more imperative that she keep things tightly controlled.
Klask nods in agreement, "I knew what I was getting into when I did it, I am not sure how you are going to explain it to the TEN, but I appreciate it. I have no illusions about what will happen to me should that come out, and while it is not my place to tell you how to do anything; do not risk my actions from undermining your position with the TEN or any others" He looks at her with his blue eyes, and there is a hardness to them, but it is not one of anger, more of determination. "I trust you will do what is needful. I am an old man now, and if my death serves you and thus Kuat better than my living work, then so be it... Though I would appreciate a days notice to put my final affairs in order."
He sits back letting her continue and contemplates her next words.
Klask smiles, "I think you being CEO is a blessing, that speach would win you a political office in short order...
But you are correct, having not just one, but two episodes of being run ragged by these stupid force users is a serious affront, and has always been a danger to us. There are some technologies that make dealing with force users easier, but they are expensive, rare, and prone to failure. I however will be getting in touch with some of my old associates and see what can be scrounged up... Despite being one himself the old Emperor was very keen on anti-force technologies.
Banner gave me the verbal update on what happened in the hanger, between the injuries and the drugs they administered after, what happened when we entered the hanger is a bit convoluted in truth. I had not remembered Kaur's body until he spoke of it... Though he did fill me in on a little detail, there were several other armored people in the hanger... that ion "net" stripped the coating off the cables used into a fine dust... There was someone else there unseen, they left footprints not accounted for, it only showed up on the electro magnetic scans, they had some sort of personal cloaking field.
But I digress, I am unsure of what role your Arri had in this, if she was a pawn, innocent victim, or something else. I also understand it is not likely her body... That is even more concerning, if there is a illegal cloning operation going on here, that alone would give you enough authority to break the TEN if any of them should be found guilty of involvement with cloning."
What direction do you wish me to take in my reports, or should I be called to answer questions of the TEN and make a statement to them?
It was at that time the door opened suddenly,
Klask's hand had already slid from the table and across his lap drawing the blaster, but the dramatic entrance of the lavish and flamboyant fop was cut short, as were the words of Khari's assistant Mina.
Banner had been sitting quietly throughout the meeting in the reception area when this character had walked in, and proceeded to head towards the doors of Khari's office unannounced and obviously uninvited. He stood and followed behind the man, drew his blaster, but realizing who the man was did not simply ventilate him on the spot. Instead he paused long enogh for the man to have stepped into the meeting room, and knocked his ass unconscious with the but of his blaster to the back of the man's head.
As the man crumpled at Banners feet in a velvet slump, Banner holstered his blaster and snapped of a smart salute and an evil grin to Khari.
"Sorry M'am, I was looking at the new product line flyers when he stormed through... I did not realize I was "on duty"."
There is a particular level of blatant sarcasm that career NCO's develop, it is akin to rust, it accumulates over time and become thicker and more obstinate, and none of it had faded from Banner since his promotion.

That, Khari noted with an air of suspicious caution, was indescribably loyal of him considering. While she had never had reason to question the Colonel’s loyalty prior to all these messy little events, the sudden stroke of initiative he had taken in getting the Empire here to deal with their Jedi problem, had caused her to look upon him with a deep suspicion, what else would he be prone to acting on if simply because he felt it was the best thing to do? Things had turned out alright this time around but next time? There couldn’t be a next time. So to hear this was not only refreshing it was surprising, too. It made perfect sense to her, she had taken much consideration to having the man silently disposed of and blaming it on his extensive injuries in those first few days. What had maid her abstain was the plain fact that he was more useful alive than dead.
Dead people couldn’t recount their statement, that would be counter productive, and rather than the Ten go on only her word for it, and a few reports, they could hear it all from the man himself. But that was also the downside to things, dead people couldn’t talk. If he couldn’t say anything, he couldn’t reveal what she had done here either. Foolish though that move might be, others had vyed for more and had less to bargain with. Khari was just covering her bases.
But his death wasn't necessary, so she waved the thought off, not giving voice to that thought because what she had said next would explain it all.
Khari chuckled slightly at the first instance, relaxing some for the first time since arriving here.
"We won't be passing that knowledge onto my mother, the last thing I need is her believing I ever, ever divined anything from the lessons she instilled in me." She left that at that. Anara Vestra's eccentricities weren't considered just that on world, more she was renound for it elsewhere in the core, and Khari, more often than not, was seen to be dodging the lime light when it came to the media frenzy that followed her mother around just about everywhere.
It was the discussion about Arri's involvement and the latest developments in the case of what had occurred in the hanger that had her interest repiqued, though.
"Apologies, back track just a fraction...did you say there was another in the hanger? Up on the nets...presumably these footprints were traced?" Both brows raised, she did nothing to hide her surprised interest, this was a relatively new development of which she hadn't yet been appraised, not that this irked her, she knew now. "Another one of those personal cloaking devices? Well, they aren't illegal though I would like to look into acquiring means of combating such devices in secure areas, all of them, as soon as possible. We all suspected this ran deeper than it appeared, the Ten will have reached the same conclusions once those reports are given over to the rest of them, but an illegal cloning operation happening on this array? Could it not have been done elsewhere?"
There were regulations in place to ensure those kinds of things did not happen, but as with everything, nothing was one hundred percent foolproof. Someone importing the necessary equipment would have been spotted surely? Even in small components, there were specific items that pertained only to the cloning of beings that could not be mistaken for anything else. Unless it was a deliberately botched job.
"The Autopsy reports on Kaur and Arri, did they show up anything unusual aside from what has been detailed in the reports I was handed?" She already knew the confirmation had come back regarding if the girl thought to be Arri had engaged in sexual relations with anyone in the 24 hours leading up to her death. The results were negative. Something the investigation into the break in at her apartment would prove otherwise...whoever that woman was laying on that slab, it wasn't Arri. Which meant Arri was still out there.
"You will most likely be called to answer to the Ten, their questions I cannot help you with, I am afraid. I have been given an opportunity to ask my own and therefore it will only be seen as fair that they get to ask theirs in much the same fashion. It will set many paranoid minds at ease. I just needed to know that your account of things would lean towards the issue of the Jedi being the cause of things, rather than what is starting to appear something of an inside conspiracy." She was onto that one and would be taking care of that as soon as she got the information that would crack that particular scenario wide open.
"To correctly present this to -" Khari was interrupted mid sentence by the door to the meeting room sliding wide open, and the shrill tones of her assistant, Mina, imploring someone else not to enter the room.
But it was the sight of who had entered that had Khari agast, more so than the actual intrusion - or indeed the outrage bubbling up in her veins at such an audacious interruption. While Klask had turned sharply in his seat and reached for his blaster, She already had her hand resting on the button to silently call security - what stopped her was when she recognized the intruder as Rhy Knylenn, current head of the Knylenn household and for a time, someone who had been very familiar to her...or rather, her mother, Anara.
"Rhy?"
No sooner had the question left her lips than Khari was on her feet, ready to send the man packing for waltzing in like this. But Banner got in there first, and before she knew what was happening, the Captain had clouted the man over the back of the head with the butt of his own blaster, and Rhy crumpled as easily as the crushed velvet of his ridiculously flamboyant suit.
The Kuati woman looked from the inert heap of Knylenn, to Banner and then back again, holding a hand to her head in bewilderment. What had just happened there?!
"Oh no...do you realize who that is?" She blurted out a little stunned for words, "I...I mean, thank you, but he is going to be less than pleased when he wakes up." She strode from around the side of the table, and walked over to where Banner
"It's ok, I know him....though I don't know what was going through his mind, help me move him to the couch over there, at least if he's comfortable when he comes round we might be able to buy his silence a little easier."
Banner had only been doing his job and under the current climate, it wasn't a surprise everyone was on the edge. But Rhy wasn't just one of the Ten, he was the head of an entire household! Not good, this really wasn't very good at all.
"Perhaps we should call a med droid?"

Waking up on a couch, the first thing upon blinking was feeling a blinding pain at the back of his head and a med droid checking him over for injuries he guessed. The last thing he remembered was he was walking in to see Khari. Sitting up he quickly regretted it as dizziness hit him, leaning forward he feels the back of his head while trying to fight off the urge to vomit.
"What in all the blazes happened to me?" he muttered fighting off things and gaining a semblance of control over himself. "Why is my head is killing me?" Looking around he sees Khari, some old decrepit emaciated looking man and someone that looked like he could fit in with those on the lower end of the evolutionary scale.
"You boy go get me something to drink." he was meaning Banner.
He suddenly realized he was missing his hat, his tall stylish hat that showed his importance in the realm of all things Kuati.
"Sit still, Sir." the droid places his hand trying to keep him from moving. "You have had a trauma to the back of your head. Preliminary tests show you have a mild concussion....I suggest you come back with me to the medical ward for treatment."
With that Rhy looks at Khari, then around the room at the two others. Heads would roll once he found out, he would bring i before the council if it was one of the two common people there. Make an example of them and set the tone as his return to power.

Klask stands by the chair he occupied earlier, his hand on the back of it supporting himself, a slight upturn of a grin to one corner of his mouth.
Banner on the other hand raises an eyebrow at the fop's request, and looks over to Khari, as the man he helped to concussion-ville, and then to the couch spoke presumably to him. "Lady Vestra, if you need no other assistance, I will head back out to the reception area."
As Banner stands there waiting to find out what Khari intends of him in the immediate future, Klask walks over towards the couch, "Lord Knylenn, I would say it is a pleasure to see you, but under your circumstance there, I will refrain from such an inappropriate comment."
He turns to Khari, "Do you wish to postpone our meeting until another opportunity, or should I wait?"
