The usual morning reporter has been replaced by a haggard looking man, and the New Senate Complex appears in highlight behind him.

"It was a busy night last night for members of the Senate. Late-night sessions to amend the budget were held, but no measures have been passed as of yet, the Senate is in a dead-lock as spending rises and the full magnitude of Corellia's secession is being felt.
Other events over the course of the dark hours, was that the ambassadorial group from Mandalor have withdrawn and severed ties with the GA. As is usual, no reasons were given and the 3rd fleet is being mobilized to be sent near the Mandalorian Sector.
The Bothan's have also departed the Senate, grim reports are coming in suggesting secession may be forthcoming.
In other alarming news, all communications with Kamino and the other colonies in Companion Aurek have been lost for the last 36 hours. Conspiratorial theorists point to the GA having captured the Mandalorian controlled world of Kamino for military use, and is the likely explanation for the reaction of the Mandalorians. However another theory suggests that the Mandalorian had come to the GA for aid in this matter. No official word has been spoken of the matter yet.
