Selena could feel her Master once again...but why was she cut off from him for so long. She had thought he was dead. And yet this Falleen, he'd helped to rescue her, she was torn. In the end, she reached out to Corey in the Force, Where are you?
****************************************************
He had been utterly exhausted, the strain had been too much for him. So he needed to rest. The healing trance he had slipped into, it was only the second time he'd even tried it. But he had felt a stronger connection inside of Selena, she had helped him in the end, knowing that was helping her. Even now he dreamed strange dreams, sights and scenes he had never imagined existed. Slow they seemed to coalesce, moving now forward in time, to a point were he saw himself through Selena's eyes, and saw that Arri was worried sick. And that sight was enough for him to fall in love with her all over again. He had made the right decision, no regrets. He then saw Selena light up the hood and he wondered for a bit, then realized that she wanted to tell Arri to let him rest. With this pseudo awareness, he reached out to Selena, and felt towards her,Take us to Corellia. And then he slipped back into his trance, resting once again.
****************************************************
Selena registered Arri's thoughts and then released her from the hood. She had felt Corey's call, and now Zanaer had wanted to go to Corellia. Unsure, she headed that way, it was the least she could do for them rescuing her, and she wasn't really ready to part ways with the Falleen male anyways. There was just something about him...

Selena does what was asked of her, after so many jumps she finally had a place to head too. After Zanear told her to go to Corellia, just jumped and as he slip back into his resting state finally Corey tried to connect to her once again.
Corey "I am not sure where I am right now. I am sorry for not being able to come for you. I could not feel you through the force, I thought they killed you. They told me they would kill me if I came near KDY. I went to look for help to search for you and now for some reason I can sense you once again. Now where are…..”
Selena did not catch that last part of his message, maybe Zanear in his resting state might have accidently blocked it. Maybe they both where going in opposite direction and is out of reach. She now focused on her mission to take Zanear and Arri to Corellia, now she is torn between her old Master and now a new friend.

Now released from the bond with the cognition hood, Arri sought to regain her sense of spatial awareness. When under the influence of the connection, her horizons had expanded greatly, she saw everything Selena saw, felt the bitter cold of space and the exertion of her efforts to get them as far away from the source of conflict as possible. Now though, Selena was preparing for another hyperspace jump, this time it would take them to Corellia, and though reserved about just how coreward bound that would take them after all this trouble, Arri trusted Zanear's insight enough to know that he wouldn't have made this decision on a whim.
What she couldn't comprehend, or be sure of for that matter, was the destinct feeling the ship had seen fit to transfer to her also, one of elation, a sudden sense of joy, as if she were welcoming back a loved one after a long spell away. Most perplexing, were they not travelling in someone elses ship. What if it was Corey Dooku that the ship had sensed? What if Selena's master had some way of tracking them down, after all, that inhibition netting they had draped over the vessel in the hanger had some function, right? The magnetic field it created was enough to dampen even the most acute of senses, and she had, initially, been overcome with nausea when entering that hanger.
They made the jump to lightspeed shortly after she had strapped herself in, seeing to it that Zanear was also. Even in his trance-like state.
Resting back in the oversized chair - yet another reminder of who they were dealing with - she crossed her legs elegantly and placed her folded hands in her lap, just staring out at the darkness for several long moments, letting her thoughts wander. She was looking forward to getting her feet back on solid ground, she decided, and curious as ever, she wanted to know what it was Zanear wished them to go to Corellia for, exactly. It wasn't a place she had ever frequented herself, no, her master had been far 'above' that kind of world. But she'd seen enough holos and holodramas to know some of what to expect, it was exciting. What she didn't want to do was become overwhelmed by it all, as was often the case if one who'd lived a life with strict limits suddenly had those barriers taken away. Arri had seen it happen before, and the incident with Taru was brought to light yet again.
But she was not him, she wasn't going to use what she had over the Ten to extort them for anything, as far as they knew, she was dead. This was a totally new and exciting start for her, a chance to wipe the slate clean and make her own future. The possibilities were as boundless as the galaxy it's self, should they both wish it.
With a cursory glance at the resting Falleen, she smiled broadly, the light that had long since fled her emerald gaze returning with a vengence. She had good feelings about this.

The darkness of sleep enveloped him like a blanket, the warmth and healing power of the Force flowed through him like a lazy current on a warm summer day. Zanear could feel his exhaustion slip away from his body, both mental and physical. He smiled in his rest as his mind reached out to his surroundings, and gently touched the presence of Selena. She was focused on travel, and her own thoughts, seeming to concentrate on something or someone, far away...
He began to feel the ship, to see through her, gaining a unconscious understanding of her complexity, her very life itself. And then he went deeper, into her thoughts, her memories, and thats when he touched her mind and she became aware of him. He instinctively grasped the fact that she was speaking to Corey, and yet the way she had cut off communications he sensed a sort of embarrassment in being caught. The Falleen simply reassured her. Soon we will be at the planet Corellia, she thought to him. And there we must part, thought Zanear back. Mentally she frowned, he could feel a tinge of regret, but still she longed to be reunited with her Master. Thank you for rescuing me, she shared. But my Master calls. She said the last almost sadly, but then changed emotions right away, to one of joy and happiness. This one, this Arri, you love her, and she feels the same for you. Selena sighed, almost longingly. I will leave you with one last gift... and with that said, she flooded his mind with images, all to fast to comprehend, something that he knew he would have to work out over time., the sensory overload was too much, and soon he faded back into the dark...
Selena had given the Falleen a gift, but only time would tell if he could ever find it, but if anyone could, it would be this man. She sensed that Corellia was fast approaching. She began to flash lights once again but instead of having Arri put on the hood, she flashed the lights in a pattern over and over, spelling a word in Basic.
Time
And so it was the flashing of the word over and over that brought his now once again awaking mind forward, the instinctive keyword that he had triggered when starting his healing trance. Eyes fluttering and a grogginess that he tried to shake off. Arri... he croaked, trying desperately to get her attention, to tell her something...

As time had lapsed on, Arri had fallen into a state of fitful sleep. True rest wouldn't come until they were on solid ground or in a ship she knew she could trust not to murder them while they were sleeping. While she was partially sure that Selena wouldn't do that, the Kuati wasn't exactly accustomed to vessels that thought for themselves. It was bad enough that droids sometimes got a mind of their own and went crazy on occasion, some even campaigned for equal rights among flesh and blood beings, but ships too? That was going to take some getting used to.
Her head lolled listelessly to one side, slipping off the head rest of the seat she had been propped back against, that horrible moment of feeling as if in free fall snapped her into awakening so fast she didn't remember just where she was to begin with. The display before her was lit up in a series of colourful lights that spelled out one word in basic...'Time' - doubtless it was meant for her, a signification that whatever journey they were on, it was about to come to an end, and inevitably, Zanear would be ready to wake.
A little groggy herself, she rubbed her eyes tiredly, blinking away the last ebbs of sleep in order to pay close attention. It was good to hear the falleen's voice, even if it was hoarse enough to warrent concern, it meant he was indeed alive, that Salena wasn't having her on earlier. Arri almost felt bad for assuming the worst, not trusting this living ship, but in the end it made more sense that he would have put himself in a healing trance, Zanear had had quite the day too, and she didn't know exactly how exhausting it would be conversing through the force with a vessel this size. Did it even work like that, she pondered, size?
Pulling herself from her seat, she turned in his direction and took a few tentative steps to reach him. Smiling down at him the blonde haired female placed a hand gently on the falleen's forearm, just above the wrist, and squeezed it warmly, imbuing it with good feeling.
"You're awake...are you alright?" She asked, tilting her head slightly, questioningly. He looked like he'd just spent a week in stasis, and perhaps that was the closest a being could actually come to that without being placed in one of those cryostasis facilities. "We're almost at Corellia, if my navcomp reading skills are still up to scratch."

When she came to him, to help him and make sure he was alright, he reached out his hand to clasp hers. He was coming back, but it was going to take some time. The healing trance was dangerous, especially if you didn't know exactly what you were doing, and he didn't. He locked eyes with the supreme beauty before him, and smiled at her. He desperately needed to focus, and she was the best thing around to look at anyways...
The refueling station in orbit, is it still there? he said to her a bit ragged, but less then before. Shaking his head with irritation at his own voice, he frowned and patted the chair he was in in frustration. He desired a drink, that would quench his thirst and clear his throat.
Corey has already sensed her. He spoke matter-of-factly. Selena is torn, but I believe she wishes to rejoin her master. There was a sense, a feeling that permeated the ship, a mixture of sadness and shame, but truthful feeling. Zanear nodded in understanding. We appreciate your help, and hold no ill will, indeed, thank you for our escape. He squeezed Arri's hand and drew her closer to him. Together, he will have a life all our own, and for that we are grateful. All we need do now is get to Corellia proper, and your free to go where you will.
As he finished speaking to Selena, he hugged Arri fiercely, and then kissed her deeply, passionately. Drawing away slowly, he kept his gaze fixed on her eyes. I know a few people that can get us set up, new ID's and everything. From here on out, your no longer tied to any master, save those that you make yourself. He said the last mischievously, then drew her tight against his body once again, running his hands all over her body possessively, as if he hadn't touched her in years, his longing for her rising like a dragon from it's den. A very hungry dragon.
Now, I believe we have a few moments to pick up where we left off at, yes?

While her eyes had been on him souly, Arri found it hard to tell at times if he was conversing with the ship or with her, but to save face she answered regardless, taking a quick peek at what few navigational instruments there were aboard this craft. What she found was pretty standard, if a little outdated by Kuati standards, the living aspect of the ship was it's true draw and advantage. A vessel with free will often made better decisions than those piloting something with even the very best tech on board.
"Seems to be the case, but does a ship of this nature even need to refuel? " Cocking one blonde brow, she slipped her hand out from beneath Zanear's for a second, gesticulating with one extended index finger that he should hold that thought while she remembered something.
Disappearing into the aft of the craft for only a few moments, she returned with a small container of water and offered it out to the Falleen. He sounded about as dry as a sarlacc's tentacles and, she supposed, he probably felt like it after all that time in his extended trance. Looking back at his still-focussing gaze she smiled broadly when the clarity finally returned to those violet eyes. He was going to be fine, she knew, but even Arri had to admit, it had been through sheer force of will that she hadn't disregarded Selena's thoughts on waking him from that trance. This force-using business was going to take a lot of getting used to, so what better time to start than now?
"Glad to have you back, drink, you look like you could use it." She said with a nod to the cylindrical container she held out to him. What Corey Dooku did have for dining utensils was very much on the basic side, but functionality had always been preferrable to fashion.
The blonde let him draw her closer then, every bit as excited by his words as well as endeared by his actions. This was going to be a testing time, a challenge, the sheer scope of freedom was something that could be potentially mind blowing if she considered it for too long, it wasn't something she had ever had more than fifteen minutes to enjoy in the past. The thought of the rest of her lifetime made her both giddy and unnerved at the same time. But she wasn't on her own, and for that she was thankful. Leaning into their partial embrace he would have felt her force aura swell with elation profound, her smile never dissipated.
"More grateful than I think this girl realizes," She murmured, looking at her surroundings as if to try and sense where the ship might have been observing them from. With nothing to pinpoint, that meant everywhere and anywhere. "It seems a shame to lose her, but if returning to Dooku is what she wishes..." Arri left the rest unsaid, just as she had been duty bound once, so, too was this ship. Theirs was a symbiotic connection no doubt, it woud have been wrong to try and sever that forever.
Drawn into that fiery kiss, she met him with equal fervor, her hands sliding up from where they had rested against his shoulders to trail a path up his neck and cup the underside of his head lightly, wanting for all intents and purposes to make it last that little bit longer. When he did draw back, she saw the same hunger in his eyes that he must have seen in her own. Both of them had waited too long for that, so there was no reason to wait any longer.
"Save those I make myself? Is that a hint?" Canting her head slightly she bit down on her lower lip lightly in a bid to keep from giggling slightly, now there was an idea. "Well...alright, but only if you let me turn the tables sometime."
Without further hesitation, she rose, letting her hand's grip slip down to his own, tugging gently to help him get out of the chair she was now fifty percent certain he must have felt like he was welded to. Wry smile upon her lips telling all either of them needed to know, she pulled him towards the back of the cockpit chamber...they might as well make use of the facilities before Dooku got his prize back.
"Then lets ensure we don't waist a second." She purred.

As she pulled him up he rose a bit stiffly, he'd been sleeping in that chair for too long already, but all thoughts of that speed away as she coyly took him to the back, leading them into the chamber that Dooku himself would have rested in. The idea of what they were about to do excited him, and yes letting Selena go would be sad, but at least he, and Arri, would leave a lasting impression in this room. His smile enveloped his face, as they entered the room and he closed the door, running his hand along to wall for the light source, he found to sensor control and moved it to dim. Stripping his bright orange work uniform that they both had been wearing off, he never once took his eyes off her. It was only a matter of seconds before he was laid bare before her, his desire obvious for all to see. Moving against her, his hands moved slowly, smoothly over the zippers, buttons and straps that held her uniform on, undoing each piece languidly, his lips pressed upon her neck at first, tasting each kiss as a nectar from the Gods, relishing it with his sighs and moans. As each new piece was undone, he would remove a section, then caress the body laid bare with clawed fingers and passionate lips, until finally she was laid as bare as he was. Snaking his arms around her waist, he cradled her, lifting her up so that her legs would wrap around him for support, and her arms might encircle his neck. Leaning in so that his forehead touched hers, he spoke softly, gently, I love you... And then they were upon the bed, a fiery desire lit his eyes, and he moved in a accelerated rhythm, his hands now deep in her hair, pulling as he moved, all in a rapid pace with an energy born of need, of desperation to fill her with himself. The frantic movements increased in passion, in power, in energy, until he was simply hissing with animal passion. His eyes locked onto hers, his need, her need, he would fill them both, and quickly.

She winced in sympathy as she helped him rise, he had to have been sat in the same position for literally hours, even a sleeping person didn’t remain that still for an extended period of time. But by the time he had lead them aft, he seemed to have regained his usual spring in his step. One day, he was going to have to teach her some of those tricks, not that she was in the least bit force sensitive mind, had she been, she would have noticed, right?
No sooner than the door was closed he was removing his own clothing, shedding away the unflattering disguise they had both been forced to adopt for the latter half of their almost fatal escape attempt, before deftly helping her shed her’s. His fingers moved in a blur as she helped him, stripping herself as bare as him, both eager to carry on as they had before the mess of the past few days, and evidently that healing trance had done immeasurable good for his health. Her only hesitance was that the ship, Selena, would become irritated by this little act of theirs and do something to prevent it. Arri hadn’t been able to miss the shudder that seemed to roll through the craft whenever she was caught thinking about Zanear for too long, or even looking in his general direction. Ultimately though, the ship had stayed it’s proverbial hand.
His lips fell to the tepid flesh of her neck and she loosed a breathy sigh, shifting languid and seductive against him, her hands slipped around him, drawing him close to her for that glorious skin on skin contact that sent her wild with lust. Possessively she raked his back with her nails, knowing that the fine scales beneath her fingertips would absorb the majority of the sting this could have elicited on a variety of humanoids, herself included, but adding just the right ammount of pressure to garner response. The way things were heading, they wouldn’t be upright for long.
Feeling the balance shift between them, strong hands lifted her from her standing place, forcing her to break the kiss she had endeavoured to bestow upon him while she held on tightly with both legs braced around his hips, and arms around his neck. For a moment, she had anticipated him taking this to it’s end right there against the wall - lord alone knew she would have craved that. But evidently he wasn’t the only one who appreciated a more softer surface beneath them and he was always thinking one step ahead. One day she was going to get the edge on him, but now, it was all about this, the two of them, and the passionately firery moments ahead.
It was strange what one tender move could do, but even she couldn't discribe the surprise at hearing those words fall from his lips. Love? Her life had never been a question of love, it simply didn't exist - she had supposed that one day when she had borne children, she would love them unconditionally, but never this kind of love, that was an odd notion. To hear it directed her way, something that was mindblowing. The desire in his eyes, second only to the scincerity of those words had her claiming his lips in a hard, deeply passionate kiss, leaving herself, and no doubt him, positively breathless. And since they were in the habit of making confessions.
"I love you too..."
They moved in tandem, he falling upon her with such intensity that she felt consumed with desire, each motion a question and answer, a far from quiet, but intimate, dialogue punctuated by the pleasured sounds of their lovemaking. And Arri quite happily lost to her senses reciprocated, met every act with one of her own, always keeping him close, until abandon would take over, and maybe, possibly....definitely, they would start over again.

The fever pitch of their lovemaking could not, would not, last forever, and soon he filled her completely, the ending as climactic as the rest of the acts. Falling next to her, arms and legs still yet entwined, he kissed her gently, running his clawed finger along her face and down to her chin. I want to share this new life with you, I can't imagine being without you now that I've found you. He practically breathed the words, they were little more then a whisper.
Laying there with her, it just felt right. he thought that he could live his entire life this way, in her arms, upon the bed. But life didn't exactly work as easy as all of that. So even as he slowly drifted off in her embrace, he had wanted zto sleep in her arms once they had gotten away, it was with a little irratation that Selena reached out to him, proclaiming their arrival in the Corellian system. The ship felt distant, almost sad, yet he could feel she wanted to return to her Master.
Standing, patting the bulkhead, he simply stated, Soon, soon you'll be home. He walked stark naked out into the cockpit, looking as the ship came back to realspace. Darling, he called without looking back. were here....

Basking in the afterglow it was often known as, the tentative last moments when the ebbs of sensation faded into a single feeling of purest satisfaction and contentment. But that didn't even come close, thought Arri with an analytical mind, she could have languished with him here for many hours, had Selena not been required to land. And then what? She decided it didn't matter, when a claw-tipped finger ran the full length of her jawbone to stop upon the cusp of her chin, causing her eyelids to flutter open lazily. A broad smile blossomed on her lips, for she already knew who it was, the heady scent of his pheremones still well and truly in her system.
"And here was I about to apologize for getting you into this mess..." She responded a tad cheekily, but she soon sobered, "You have no idea how grateful I am to you for walking into that cantina that day, into my life." That had been completely sincere, if she had stayed behind, not embarked on any of the things they had done to get them here, Kaur would still be alive, she would still have that same monotonous life, and everything would have been left to regrets. Things had turned out better than the best.
Stretching lithely, to allow any residual tension in her muscles to dissipate, she lightly kissed the tip of his nose, before allowing him to disentangle himself and walk from their resting place towards the cockpit. It was with a very interesting gaze that she watched him do so...ah yes, Selena. How did one explain to others that the 'other' woman in their man's life was actually a mode of transport? A small giggle escaped Arri at the thought of that conversation, best not let Selena hear it.
Pulling herself from the strangely constructed bunk, she went to join Zanear up front, not bothering to gather the clothing they had appropriated from the KDY construction crew facilities. One thing was certain, they were going to need to lose the threads.
"Selena wants to go back to him, the Kage, doesn't she? What does that mean for us? Can we find adequate transport that won't be tracable on Corellia?" In all honesty, she didn't know how this worked, it had never been her job to know, after all, what should it matter when you entire life was dictated by another? Freedom of choice and a life with few boundaries was a very daunting prospect to her. "First thing's first, I think we are both going to need new clothes."

Things had turned out better than the best. Never! he said as she spoke. Your my everything now, and the greatest thing in my life. Your perfect for me, and I for you... he moved to her, kissing her lips again, desire forming once again. How she could do that to him, he didn't know. And yet she did, she was breath, air, need, everything. Like a drug, he could not ever get enough. Stretching lithely, to allow any residual tension in her muscles to dissipate, she lightly kissed the tip of his nose, before allowing him to disentangle himself and walk from their resting place towards the cockpit. Yes, although she is torn, her bond is with her Master. It would be cruel to keep her from what she truly desires. He gathered the Kuati woman in his arms, holding her body against his and in front, her back up on his chest. Leaning down he kissed the nape of her neck, letting it linger long enough to leave a mark. We should be fine, I know a few people that can get us away discretly. I'm just concerned about Jekk Jett. He never showed up back at the Array. He smiled at her, he could sense the wheels turning in her mind. Just watch and learn, you have a whole lifetime to do crazy things. He winked at her, then kissed her full on the lips again. Pulling away, he answered her softly. First things last. Right now I only want your body brushing against me... and with a fire rekindled, he drew her to the pilots chair, sitting and pulling her on top of him, his hands exploring her body as his desire took over once again, filling that need that seemed to only grow the more time he spent in her presence. For a long time they moved togther right in that chair, right in plain view if a ship was to come by. Instead, the comm went off. Unidentified vessel, this is Corellian Orbital Control. We have you on our screens. Please identify...

If his words had not cemented things for her, then his kisses did. He was pure temptation and she was sure it had little to do with the pheromones, this would definitely be frowned upon on her homeworld, most likely his own too, which just added an element of excitement to it all for Arri at the very least. And now the galaxy was the limit, they would do what they will, but there were as yet many unanswered questions, Zanear was quick to touch on them.
That latter fact unsettled her, Selena at least, would be able to look after herself, she'd been afraid in the hands of the Kuati, but more than capable of making good that getaway under the right conditions, and since there wasn't a neural net in the galaxy that she knew of could be used as a trawler, the living vessel was probably safer than most fully mechanical ones she could think of. But this Jekk? What if he'd turned up late, done the foolish and asked around, he could be sitting in a KSF holding cell right now and they would have no way of springing him out again.
"Have you tried to contact him again? He could be too far out to reach." She supplied, a far guess but it was more comfort than anything. Then gingerly, she spoke her mind's thoughts, "I don't wish to worry you more than you might be already, but what if he did go looking for you on the array, they had that sector locked down tighter than most imperial prisons, anyone out of place could have been detained."
The slight waver in her voice betrayed her concern, she didn't know the little jawa, or indeed that he was a jawa, but that would have changed little. His disappearence was obviously unusual, and Zanear didn't seem the sort to mention something without due cause. Not unless small talk got you somewhere. And speaking of going places, he didn't leave that concern bothering him for too long.
That smile of his was infectious, had her returning it in kind, all a split second before their lips met again, as the situation descended into much the same as they had been tangled up in moments ago. Arri was all for leaving the rest to wonderment.
"You have a point, and you make it well..." she purred, kissing him deeply, tongue languidly delving between his lips to tease at his own. When he pulled her down into the pilots chair, she went with it, that familiar spark of desire within renewed beyond reconning. Though this time, she wasn't just exploring him with her hands. As ways to expend the tediousness of waiting to be granted permission to land, this exceeded all expectations. And for the moments that passed there on out, they were all spent in pure, ecstatic pleasure. In the back of her mind, she had to wonder if Selena would pass this knowledge back onto the kage too, wringing a small chuckle from her at the thought, before she lapsed throroughly back into the thick of things.
Somewhat dazed in the aftermath of this bout, she hadn't expected to be rudely sobered by the sound of the comm going off abruptly. The sudden intrusive nature of the corellian accented voice actually making her jump where she sat. Soon looking at Zanear apologetically after, a slight blush resonating in rosy complexion on her cheeks.
"What do we say...you think they've ever seen one of these ships before?" She asked dubiously, what if they thought they were Yuuzhan Vong? It was the first thing that had come to mind the second she had seen the exterior of selena. Arri didn't move just yet though, she was rather disgruntled at the fact they had picked now to interrupt. But in the end, someone would have to answer and that was what made her get up, albeit begrudgingly.
"Would you like to do the honours?"

"Have you tried to contact him again? He could be too far out to reach." She supplied, a far guess but it was more comfort than anything. Then gingerly, she spoke her mind's thoughts, "I don't wish to worry you more than you might be already, but what if he did go looking for you on the array, they had that sector locked down tighter than most imperial prisons, anyone out of place could have been detained."The slight waver in her voice betrayed her concern, she didn't know the little jawa, or indeed that he was a jawa, but that would have changed little. His disappearence was obviously unusual, and Zanear didn't seem the sort to mention something without due cause. Not unless small talk got you somewhere. And speaking of going places, he didn't leave that concern bothering him for too long. No, not yet. Once we get to Corellia proper than I shall. It's too risky out here, if indeed he was captured. He took a farway look, if she stared at his eyes she could tell he was focused, not in the 'here and now'. No, somethings certainly not right. I can't 'feel' him. He shook his head once, then conituned. It's hard to explain, but I'll try. As you now know, I am a Force User. Not traditionally trained mind you, so many things have been trail and error. Like that healing trance trick. I have a sense, its a feeling, I can sort of feel his aura, I guess thats the best way to describe it. But it's gone. I can feel nothing. Of course it could be the distance, especially if he got delayed. He mused on that for a moment, but then there she was. his thoughts always drifted towards the things they might do together... "Would you like to do the honours?"As she stood before him in her pure perfection, he marveled at how lucky he was. Stealing a ship, posibly hunted by the Kuati, who cared? In her was a new life for him just as much as it was for her. They would live it, moment by moment, second by second. And to hell with the consequennces. Of course my dear. He waved a hand, and thought to Selena. She opened up a return comm, and he spoke into it. Corellian Orbital Control, this is the Selena. We are on a search mission for Kage Corey Dooku. I'm Captain Ericks. Lt. Flares is accompying me in the search for the Kage. We would like to disembark for supplies. Can you send us a shuttle? He turned and winked at Arri. It was audio only so he wasn't worried.

It was still disconcerting that Zanear's friend hadn't shown up, and that sense of concern was only compounded when he stated that he couldn't 'feel' them either. Arri didn't know how that worked, exactly, but she had a fair idea from the various holo documentaries and programs out there designed to educate. Nothing would quite come close to actually experiencing it and after seeing the damage wrought on the KDY main spaceport, she wasn't sure she wanted to.
But there were more immediately pressing matters at hand...
There was a brief moment of comm silence, before the crackling tone resumed and they had their reply.
"Selena, be advised that you should hold your current position, your transponder code isn't transmitting and our visuals suggest you are piloting a vessel of Yuuzhan Vong origin."
Arri's brows shot up and she shrugged almost expectantly at the falleen. What did they do now? Would a squadron be sent out to escort them to a safe distance, or would they simply let them go to ground but at an undisclosed location away from any of Corellia's more populated areas. Admittedly, this did look very bad, though she suspected the only reason that Orbital control were being so uncooperatively cooperative, was that they hadn't appeared to be on an attack run, and they had stated they were searching for the Kage of the Grey Jedi knights.
The problem being, little was known about the grey, save for that they were essentially Jedi with very little in the way of rules. The one they did abide by was lost on most average sentient beings - serving the balance as they called it. Neither light nor dark, but servants of the unifying force. Arri's knowledge ended with that and the fact they had taken up residence upon Zonama Sekot, the living world which now held the Yuuzhan Vong in their forced exile. Few beings in this galaxy could easily forget what devastation the Yuuzhan Vong had wrought upon countless worlds, sacrificing trillions of people to their faux gods. The people of Corellia had every right to be cautious.
"So I guess we just sit tight?" Arri queried, speaking well below the tone needed to be picked up by the mic. Considering their position earlier, that was a tad ironic, and she found herself smirking despite herself. Wasn't freedom grand?
"This is Orbital control, we're sending a squadron to escort you to a rendezvous point, any deviation from the plot points we are sending you will be considered as hostile action and will be acted upon immediately, do you recieve and understand over?" Came the tinny sounding voice over the ancient looking comm.
Well, that was progress at the very least, but she couldn't shake the feeling that something was going to go awry along the way. That said, she wasn't going to speak her mind until after the connection was severed.

"Selena, be advised that you should hold your current position, your transponder code isn't transmitting and our visuals suggest you are piloting a vessel of Yuuzhan Vong origin." Copy that Obrital Control. Ancd you are correct, somewhat. This vessel is of Zonoma Sekot origin, a mesh between living and metal. Neither we, or this ship, mean you any harm. He realized that that it might be trickier than he originially thought, but shrugged his shoulders with a 'what can you do' attitude. Corellia was really their best shot. Arri's brows shot up and she shrugged almost expectantly at the falleen. What did they do now? Would a squadron be sent out to escort them to a safe distance, or would they simply let them go to ground but at an undisclosed location away from any of Corellia's more populated areas. Came the tinny sounding voice over the ancient looking comm. He grinned in return, tossing Arri a wink. Yes he caught her remark and it's irony. He mouthed the words 'sush you!' teasingly, then responded to the other part of Obrital Controls demands. We recieve and understand Control. He then closed his eyes and 'spoke' to Selena again. Once we are safely away, your free to go. He felt her understanding in confirmation back in his thoughts. She seemed eager now for them to leave. He walked back to Arri, sliding one arm around her waist and the other around her shoulders, drawing her back to body to body contact. He began to kiss along her neck and shoulder, while speaking to her about what they might do next. I'm afraid we'll find no clothing on this ship to fit us, so back into those ugly orange things... he said rather disdainfully. Glancing back at the moniters, he saw the Corellian squadron show up, and began shadowing the ship, nodding to Selena to follow the cousre set, they began to travel towards a large space station. As they grew closer, Zanear recognized it from the holonet. Centerpoint Station. Great, from one space station to another! he thought to himself. it had been far too long since he'd stood on real ground.

"Let us be the judge of that, Control out." And just like that it was done.
Arri might well have understood why the Corellians were being so cautious, but that didn't stop her being a little irked at their suspicious abrasiveness. It didn't matter though, rather this than they have to be turned away - which in all honesty could happen on many a world nearby - or worse, be shot at, thus cementing Selena's distrust in them. No, this really was for the best.
Unable to repress that innocent looking smirk of hers, she merely shrugged along with it, implying she had no idea what he was talking about. But of course, she did. That smile broadened when he pulled her gently against him, and she breathed deep, commiting his scent to memory, there was something overtly calming about him that she was almost certain had nothing to do with the pheromones he exuded on occasion. That was good, she noted, after all the drama they had just been put through they needed some downtime. For the meanwhile though, they had found many interesting ways to 'blow off steam.' Leaning in towards his touch she felt intoxicated in the best sense of the word, but she sobered at the mention of those gaudy overalls.
Glancing at him somewhat sardonically, Arri looked crestfallen, as if the wind had really been knocked out of her sails. But truthfully, she wouldn't mind so long as they could acquire something decent to wear when they arrived at their destination.
"Really? They're going to think we escaped from the mines of Kessel looking like that." She said with much amusement, "I suppose that it is our only option, I dare say they would think far worse if we went like this...wouldn't want to make the holonet." She returned his earlier wink with every bit of enthusiasm. The idea of them turning up stark naked just to see the look on people's faces was quite a hilarious one, but a foolish thing to do nevertheless. But not just for the reason she had mentioned.
Absent mindedly, her hand dropped down to her left hip, fingertips playing lightly over the surface of her skin where a small tattoo marked her as property of the household of Kuhlvult. She had been adamant from the outset that one day she would change that, and that day had finally come. All she needed to do, was find someone willing to remove it and ask no questions.
"Ugly orange things it is..." Arri replied after a fashion, turning to kiss him lightly, aware of the fact they were now being flanked by corellian forces, "...Do you think I will be able to find someone to remove this, perhaps?" She now gestured to the tattoo, slipping a little from his hold to better indicate where it was.
But that was when she caught sight of their true destination in the viewport, dominating the space above the world of Corellia, was a spacestation the likes of which she had only ever seen on the galactic news, or holodramas. Blinking in disbelief, she turned and looked at Zanear again, fixing him with a curious stare.
"Is that what I think it is? Why are they taking us there?" She didn't really need to ask that, security, it was all just good security, just as Kuat had it's intricate traffic system, Corellia rerouted potential threats. So they were still playing that game eh?
"I thought they decomissioned this after the Hapan incident?" She had drawn away from him completely now, to lean over the control console towards the main viewport, paying next to no mind that the pilots outside might well have had the strangest interesting view in quite a while. She was a product of her circumstances, these things bothered her little. "You know, after the Yuuzhan Vong war?"

"Let us be the judge of that, Control out."And just like that it was done. The lights went out, and the Falleen went and sat in the pilots chair once again, his orange maintenance suit on, but the jacket open, completely unzipped. He had a black skin tight undershirt on, one that showed every muscle in his athletically fit form. He sat there, his fingers steepled under his chin and thought for a few moments. Glancing at him somewhat sardonically, Arri looked crestfallen, as if the wind had really been knocked out of her sails. But truthfully, she wouldn't mind so long as they could acquire something decent to wear when they arrived at their destination. "Really? She now gestured to the tattoo, slipping a little from his hold to better indicate where it was. Hmm? he said, his thoughts interrupted by her kiss, then her words. The tattoo? Yes, there is a process. I know a doctor that can take care of that for you, actually... his words wandered off as did his thoughts, the looming spectra of Centerpoint Station coming up. He wondered if they would actually get down to Corellia herself without a hitch, his plans hadn't went picture perfect as of late. Glancing at the blonde as she gathered the orange outfit, he let his thoughts drift. He loved her, and she him, but for how long. There was an old saying, "If you love someone set them free." And he had, literally. But being a cage your whole life, with no hope of freedom...would she run into another cage, or fly wild? She had a taste, a bit of revenge on her Master, but what now? He loved her with every fiber of his being, but she was a human! It amazed even him. He already knew what his family would say, but that didn't matter to him. He had a feeling they might never even know. But that was when she caught sight of their true destination in the viewport, dominating the space above the world of Corellia, was a spacestation the likes of which she had only ever seen on the galactic news, or holodramas. "You know, after the Yuuzhan Vong war?"Again his mind had wandered, and when her surprise at what was happening rose, he spoke to her calmly. Yes, thats Centerpoint Station. And yes, the holonet would have us all believe the station is shut down. But look at us. A YV ship in their orbit? Wouldn't Kuat be nervous? He paused once again, his eyes closing as he spoke. We just have to get off this ship, then Selena can go free. What happens next is irrelevant. He said that last sadly, as if divining some future that was less then pleasant.

She brightened at that, to be finally rid of everything that had signified her for what she was rather than who she was, that was a luxury she thought she would never experience. Even as a child her main focus had been on the education that would have her selected when she reached adulthood.
"That's fantastic, I hope it won't eat too much into the credits we garnered along the way. If so, it's not too difficult to hide, I was just thinking if by some chance we were put under scrutiny, nothing says 'telbun' like a brand of ownership." She laughed uneasily, she didn't have a good feeling about where they were headed and that didn't just have to do with the fact this place had been mentioned all over the holonet in conjunction with some pretty bad news. The accidental destruction of the Hapan forces not withstanding.
She had vanished aft for barely a few minutes, to collect the nasty orange jumpsuit that made up the KDY workers uniform. Pulling the utillitarian fabric over her legs, she wiggled her hips into it before slipping her arms through the sleeves, then pulled the zip up to just below her breastline. It was a surprisingly good fit. Well fitting but ultimately hideous. Not bothering to waste time looking into any reflective surface for fear of rediscovering just how hideous, she quickly made her way back to the main area where she had left Zanear getting dressed himself.
She found him, elbows propped up on the main console, still caught up in his thoughts. Yet he had noticed her, the barely discernible flick of a violet eye in her direction signification enough for her.
But now when she looked at Zanear, he seemed almost as lost as she felt, though she couldn't be certain, was he just picking up on the same bad vibes as she was, or was it something more? This force thing...she didn't understand it to say the least, but she knew enough to know that sensing something was wrong in their case really shouldn't be ignored. However, it didn't look as severe as something detrimental to them, and thus far the Corellian forces hadn't indicated they were going to blow them out of the sky, it could just be Selena's nervousness.
With one hand she reached across to him, touching him lightly on the shoulder as she tilted her head to get a better look at the falleen.
"Credit for your thoughts." Arri mused, "is everything alright?"
Arri managed a smile "That's not what I meant...and were this Kuat, they wouldn't have made it past the first staging point, let alone come anywhere near this close to the system proper."
Once more she made her way over to the main viewport, and leaned forth. There, flanking them were the corellian forces guiding them in, but something didn't seem right about this whole thing...a world like this should have an influx of incoming and outgoing transports and yet hardly any of that did she see.
"There's hardly any ships." She said after a small pause, "Don't you think it's odd that there's not much traffic here?" Wondering if they had just wandered into a situation they didn't want to, it would certainly explain why everything that was present, seemed to be being rerouted like they were. And since they were now almost within docking range, it might be a good idea to figure out what it was before they disembarked.

God’s Hand comes out of hyperspace as Vice Admiral Dan contacts Lord Dooku. Corey was in his quarters thinking about what would happen if they founded out about what happened on KDY. He was not ready to go through that again, but yet he was not the same person. The Dark Side had its grip on him then but he was not longer under its control. Then he hears Dan’s voice over the comlink.
Dan “Lord Dooku, we just came out of hyperspace. Corellia is just ahead.”
Corey “Vice Admiral, go ahead and make contact with them. I will stay here until we get cleared to land.”
Dan “Yes, Lord Dooku.”
Dan was not sure why but he knows that Lord Dooku has his reasons. He touches the comlink and opens a channel.
Dan “Lower shields, power down all weapons. We came here on a peace mission, I don’t want to give them the wrong ideal.”
He looks around and they all nods as they continue doing their work.
Dan “This is Vice Admiral Dan, requesting permission to Dock. We come in need of repairs and I wish to speak to who is in command. I believe that we would like to discuss a future purchase of some ships.”
The comlink goes blank as they sit and wait, but down in Corey’s room. He felt something in the force, something almost too familiar
