Zairon is met by an escort of armed CorSec guards, "Welcome Executor Zairon, we are here to escort you to your meeting with your counterpart."
They motion for him to follow them, and eventually come to a turbolift and motion for him to accompany them. One of them mutters about the useless layout of the ancient station.

Zairon nods, "Thank you, I've never seen Centerpoint Station in person so I'm grateful for the escort." Zairon says as he follows the guards. He steps into the turbolift and calmly waits.

Eventually they arrive is some sort of control room and a man wearing a black and tan military uniform surveys the status boards. The blond haired and bearded man turns after a moment and finishes giving a directive to a pretty ensign.
"Greeting Executor Zairon, I am Talvan Kells, So what news do you have that is so important to personally come racing to us?"
He nods to the guards to back off and make themselves useful elsewhere.

Zairon follows the guards and waits while the blond man finishes. Once the man has introduced himself, Zairon bows, "Good to meet you Talvan Kells." He says before reaching into his pouch to draw out the data chip that Lady Shana had sent him.
"What brings me here in the information on this chip. Long story short, one of my agents found this data on complete accident on another mission. Obviously, you understand I can't do into details their original mission, but needless to say it was canceled once they discovered this." Zairon says holding out the chip. "I trust you have somewhere we can display this?" Zairon ask. "I suspect this is only a small portion, but we've not sent out any more agents to check yet. Due to the severity of what the Galactic Alliance is doing I talked with Emperor Ire about warning various planets and trying to form a temporary alliance. I figured Corellia should be first to be warned since due to the current problems you've been having with the Galactic Alliance I fear that this is meant for Corellia first, and other enemies of the GA second."

Talvan looks at Zairon thoughtfully, "So once of your agents saw something you thought was a risk to Corellia and you came running to our aid. So lets see this data, I am most intrigued now."

Zairon nods and after handing over the chip so it could be displayed via a hologram projector he waited for the data to display and show the Corellian the same thing he had seen thanks to Shana.
Displayed via hologram is a recording of Rendilli though it is bustling with more activity than usual.
Zairon waits till the recording is completed and the camera starts to rotate away and towards a hyperspace route.
"As you can see can it doesn't look like the Galactic Alliance is happy with people opposing it. Those fleets could crush any other force in the galaxy if we remain divided. And that weird ship just screams super weapon." Zairon says with a frown. "Right now it looks like the Galactic Alliance is forming a fleet powerful enough to crush anyone they don't like and a super-weapon to annihilate anyone who stands in their way." Zairon says as the camera stops and shuts off. "It is my hope that if we can secretly spread this around we can form a large alliance to stand against the GA and stop this tyranny before they destroy us one by one." Zairon explains, "It doesn't have to be permanent. I've heard all about Corellian independence and all I'm proposing is a truce." Zairon offers. "A true and a temporary alliance until the GA has been stopped. If they complete that weapon and that fleet they could wipe us all out."

Talvan turns to look at Zairon with a raised eyebrow, "So the Empire has only just discovered this? This is new information to you? That super-weapon you speak of, is almost 5 years old. It was developed back at the end of the war with the Vong. Hell, your sitting in the facility that designed it."
"You are correct, the Alliance has been building a fleet powerful enough to crush anyone in their way, this has gone on since the last days of the New Republic. But I see a point coming, I hope."
Talvan listens silently to the rest of Zairon's idea, pausing for a minute of thought before speaking. He picks up a datapad off a counter and glances at it briefly.
"Your concern is legitimate, those few systems out there that have managed to either prevent the Alliance from bullying them into submission, or those that have managed the throw off the shackles of oppression are facing a greater risk.
But I see a greater number of systems siding with the Empire daily, there is even a growing movement on Coruscant itself preaching for a return of stability of Imperial control.
It is quite ironic that you show up today of all days, Corey Dooku who we understood to be in Imperial custody is here, as well as a suspicious living ship, and you come bearing "wonderful information" in a gesture of peace, while your own side moves forward to outright war.
I know about the fleet that arrived this morning at Carratos, including a new class of Battle Cruiser no less. No indications of this buildup have been seen, it just came out of thin air.
Thus I can only conclude the Empire also has a secret shipyard, a formidable one to boot, Perhaps if you divulged the location so we could... monitor it, maybe an agreement could be reached. I would be a fool to agree to something like what you propose without making sure I will not be seeing the Atrocity and 3 sister ships on my borders by month's end... And perhaps, there might be another way...
Tell me Executor, do you wish open war with the Alliance?"

Zairon listens to the man speak and draws on the force to help him control his temper and prevent himself from seeing how annoyed he was at some of the things he had found out. So this ship had been worked on for five years and plenty of people had known and yet RGE intelligence had not? Now, here he was looking like an idiot because he was showing old news. He listened to the man speak as he allowed his emotions to flow in and out with each breath. He didn't want the man to see he was annoyed.
"People have known about this super weapon and not had any problems?" Zairon ask raising an eyebrow. "With the Galactic Alliance's recent bullying attempts and the knowledge that they are building a super-weapon, how is it that more planets haven't revolted?"
Zairon watches the man as he glances at a datapad, "You don't seem worried that the Alliance will use the fleet on you. Considering the problems you've been having is there no fear they will try to use aggressive means to force you into obedience? No concern that you might be bullied into submission?"
"As for planets joining the empire, we've not forced or threatened any. We offer aid to worlds in need, protection from hostile forces, and our doors are open to all. We haven't thrown our might around or taken a planet by force." Zairon states, "If planets wish to willing join us, I don't see why that's a bad thing. If anything it shows the weak state of the Galactic Alliance and shows that the government can't be trusted."
"As for Corey Dooku he was in our custody and was released under conditions to not return to Kuati and to not cause trouble. I've already given the offer that if he is causing trouble then it violates the terms of his parole and as such is now a criminal wanted by the RGE. However, while I was still in space I didn't receive full details on what exactly that idiot is doing. I don't see how I'm moving forward to outright war. I came with this information for the reasons I've already said. I worry the Alliance could plan on using it against you. If you do not feel that way and do not wish a partnership because you don't trust the RGE that is within your rights."
"I don't see how forming an army and building a navy is a huge threat. The Corellian shipyards seem to be building warships as well. Considering the recent disturbing actions the GA has been committing do you blame us for wanting to be prepared for wanting to protect ourselves and those that wish to join us? Just recently a planet tried to join the RGE and GA forces attacked them. I trust you heard about their crackdown over Kal'Shebbol?" Zairon crosses his arms, "It seems that if a planet wishes to leave then an entire fleet is needed to crush that rebellion."
"At the same time, alliances require give and take on both sides." Zairon says with a nod, "If an alliance where to be made I'm sure one of the terms could include the knowledge of other shipyards and their production. However, I would be a fool to simply tell you about every shipyard we have when we are only at the negotiating stages. What if the Alliance where to learn of them and decided the RGE was another government that they wanted to stomp under their feet? They would know every spot to hit us in order to cripple us."
Zairon smiles, "Come now, I'm sure you have your own hidden shipyards as well. Most governments do. If every shipyard was public knowledge no government would be safe. As for the fear that we would attack it would be a stupid move on our part. If it came out that the RGE formed treaties and then violated them for power we'd become galactic enemy number one. I admit that the RGE by itself can't stand against the Galactic Alliance anymore than Corellia or other small governments can. That is why I'm proposing a treaty. If we backstabbed you we'd never be trusted and it wouldn't be long before the GA crushed us. Especially since I know we couldn't force Corellia to build anything for us after such an action."
"Might I ask you a question, Talvan? How exactly do the other leaders in the Corellia system feel about the Alliance's recent actions?" Zairon ask.
Zairon gets quiet as he hears the last comment and thinks on how to reply. "No. I don't WISH for open war with the Alliance. Even if I could unite enough people to stand against them the damage on both sides would be rough. However, I am starting to feel it could be necessary. Right now nobody can stand against them. On top of that their military is increasing and a super-weapon is almost completed. You don't build super-weapons to defend, you build them to crush. The Galactic Alliance is preparing a move to force the entire galaxy under their iron fist and if we wait for them to come to us the Galactic Alliance will pick off every other force in the galaxy until they are the only ones remaining and we will all die one by one." Zairon says grimly. "The galaxy will be forced to either submit to their will, no matter what it is, or die. And the only way we can stop it is to stop them."

Talvan enjoys the little display as Zairon is confounded by the "news",
"Well obviously it is not well known... They have been in operation for 4 years, and your just finding out about them. I see you are a bit confused, let me re-explain. Those ships were put into development by the New Republic prior to the transition to the Alliance, for use against the Vong during the war. The war ended before there was a chance to complete them, but CEC continued to develop them with the help of Rendilli and Dac. It is not something that any of us would be happy about the information coming into the light of day... It is not some secret project of the Alliance to pull one over on Corellia... We designed it with them long ago... Now do you understand?
As Zairon continues Talvan shakes his head. "You have clearly been drinking your own spiked punch a bit too much, your starting to sound like the old idealist twits of the New Republic. " He pauses then turns and gestures to Zairon to follow him, "Come, let us walk around and discuss this matter further and let me open your eyes to reality here..."

"So then the stories that you voided your contracts and are considering succession aren't true?" Zairon ask as he follows the man. "You realize that you are now incapable of succession on your own? You of all people see the giant fleet and this super weapon they are now constructing and it's no longer a joint effort with you."
Zairon was getting annoyed. Everything here was making him look like a fool. It was getting to the point that he no longer cared if the GA was in the wrong or if people knew. "So Corellia is designing superweapons and arming the Galactic Alliance thugs that are now trying to crush your freedom. It's so ironic, it's almost poetic." Zairon said. "Unless Corellia is happy with it's current relationship with the GA, that is."

Talvan looks back over his shoulder at Zairon, being the executor of the Empire, then man should understand politics better.
"Of course we voided our contracts, we will succeed from the GA, it is now only a matter of time."
Talvan stops suddenly and turns to face Zairon in the corridor.
"You really do not know about manipulating political agendas do you?" The man sighs, "Listen it comes down to the basics... money and resources. The core worlds were looted of resources for thousands of years as people fought and squabbled for dominance... Coruscant, Empress Teta, the whole core is a corrupt, hungry wasteland of worlds that cannot support themselves any longer... The best thing to happen to Coruscant was the Vong, they at least ignored the money and the past prestige and tore down into what is left of that sterile rock and did something useful with it.
The Colonies and the outer regions are the new future, they have the resources, but they lack the money... Why do you think the Corellians have been snapping up every available resource in the Outer Rim for the last 2000 years? Why Kuat redoubles itself and adds more and more power into it's ruling dynasties? It is to bolster themselves when the floor finally drops out. The CIS almost made it, but it was designed to loose to pave way for Palaptine's insane idea of an Empire... Your own Ire obviously knows the folly of this... Is his throne-world Coruscant, of course not... The center of your own Empire sits between the Chiss and the Madalorians, two groups that are happy to keep to themselves.
Neither the GA or Corellia are willing to make the first move in a war. If the GA moves on us first, their aggression will be obvious and their support will quickly evaporate. If we declare our total independence too soon, and consolidate a new confederation, we will be rebels and the unsavory Corellian Pirates everyone is eager to think of us as.
To be honest, we were hoping the Empire would be the first to declare war..."

Zairon listens as he follows the man, "I'm not disagreeing about the uselessness of the Core. All it serves is as a symbol, but the point still stands eventually you will need to succeed. Rather than delay and hope things work out why not make a move and guarantee it?" Zairon ask. "You don't want to look like rebels and pirates and you don't want them to declare war, but right now the GA is building a large fleet and a super-weapon. You understand the politics, but it seems you fail to understand the military."
"Super-weapons are built to be used. You don't build a super-weapon just to donate to a museum, you build it to crush people who oppose you. Once that super-weapon is complete it really won't matter on how their aggression will look. They can make a hard hit on somebody and move fast and hard to crush any opposition and force people into submission." Zairon shakes his head, "You don't build a super-weapon and lie about donated money when you want support, you do that when you want submission."
"As for the Empire declaring war, if we can get a large enough confederation we'd be more than willing to. A middle ground works perfectly. You want out of the Galactic Alliance, and we want to stop the GA before it becomes too powerful and become unstoppable." Zairon states. "Speaking military state we CAN'T declare war on them. We can have small skirmishes like at Kel-shebbol, but by ourselves we can't fully oppose them." Zairon glances at the man, "Honestly if Corellia were to join this confederation, even temporarily, you could bring your allies over. We could present this data to other governments and get even more allies." Zairon states, "Militarywise the galaxy would be split. The Galactic Alliance couldn't threaten anyone, you could get your succession and the GA would be unable to bully and threaten everyone else."

"Ah, I think I see what your getting at, and you would be right, perhaps I did not speak clearly enough for you earlier. They are not building these weapons, they are building MORE of them... there are two of them sitting in this system as we speak. Your Empire has the Atrocity, do you really think anyone believes that the axial laser is disabled? And what of the Vong and that menace of a planet they have? Living Planet my backside! That thing is just as dangerous as the Death Stars were."
Talvan leans down and pushes a button and the wall of the corridor turns transparent allowing them to look out on the interior of Centerpoint Station, the Glowpoint illuminating them from its point in the distance.
"This is one reason why GA does not move against us. It appears to have been used to build the system of Five Worlds, and can just as easily destroy one... Or so the legend says. We might be able to crush the GA this very moment, but that would just make us the newest menace to the galaxy. Now do you understand Executor? We need an excuse to go to war... Will you be the one to provide us with one?"

"That all depends. Will that excuse put you on our side?" Zairon ask. "Perhaps as a team against the Galactic Alliance?" Zairon ask as he looks around.

Talvan pauses considering this for a moment, "Ah, now I think we are still on the same page... You see it is a matter of perception to the rest of the galaxy, neither of us can be seen to be the aggressors, nor can we be provocateurs. That has what has stayed Corellia's hand for the last few years. Corellia's succession for our own reasons would be an open challenge to the authority of the GA, and the galaxy would vilify us, much the same as if the RGE openly challenged the GA. The galaxy is full of ignorant people that follow the greater mass of thinking. We need to nudge things along in the correct direction."

Zairon nods, "Exactly, the Galactic Alliance is using this time of peace to power up and make it impossible to stop. If things keep going the way they are by the time anyone is able to make a move and challenge the GA they will be unstoppable." Zairon states, "Which is why things need to be moved along quicker, a reason needs to be presented."
Zairon taps the data chip. "And this data chip could be it. If information got out about this it would make sense if moves were made. People would see that the GA was lying about 'rebuilding worlds' and was robbing planets to build fleets to force their obedience. Spun right, this information right here could be enough to give everyone who wants to make a move against the GA a reason without being vilified."
"And if Corellia, the RGE, and a few other planets all teamed up we could present an actual threat to the GA instead of being a minor nuisance to stamp out. Between your allies, the RGE's allies, and people who would openly stand against the GA upon hearing this, would could seriously pose a threat to them." Zairon says with a smile, "So what I ask, is would Corellia be willing to form an confederation against the Galactic Alliance? At the very least a temporary one."

Talvan sighs, "It is unfortunate, you still do not get it, so let me spell it out for you. If your little evidence there sees the light of day, you can forget about any sort of deal with Corellia. If you wish to proceed down that path, not only is our conversation concluded, but there will be repercussions.
What Corellia will accept is you challenging the GA... If you make a move against them, we will politically support the RGE. Do I make myself clear now?"

"If this piece of evidence doesn't see the light of day what reason does the RGE have to oppose the Galactic Alliance?" Zairon ask raising an eyebrow, "Can you think of another reason for us to go to war without appearing like aggressive tyrants? Because if you want us to move against them we need a reason as do you if you want to appear like good people for supporting us."
"If we just attack them for no reason and you just side with us we both look like tyrants." Zairon sighs, "However, I can see you don't want this presented. Is there any bits of it we CAN present? Because if we make a move, destroying those fleets before they can be completed is definitely a necessary military goal. If we ignore that fleet and let it get completed then we will suffer a lot more casualties then needed." Zairon says crossing his arms, "So, what bits of this information can be leaked and what can't be?" Zairon ask, "Because there is no way we can ignore such a powerful military target getting into GA hands."
"Are we at least able to acknowledge that they have been lying about spent resources and building fleets? Are we at least able to claim we found proof they plan on attacking anyone that opposes them?" Zairon ask, "And I see you will politically help us, but what about militarily?"

"I do not know what you and your Emperor discuss, I am sure you can figure out some justifiable reason. I am not an RGE advisor, however if you made a tempting enough salary offer... No, I jest."
"I would hope you would not be so blindly stupid, though my opinion of you is seriously eroded now."
"If you can manage to engineer a war that we can come to the RGE's aid, then both politically and militarily we would support it. I could even have a "Defense Pact" drawn up formally."
Talan concludes his statement by looking up and gesturing to one of the guards back down the hallway, the man departs into the room they came from and an assistant walks forth carrying a set of datapads.

"That doesn't answer if any of the information we gathered is able to be presented. Are we able to at least mention we found proof of a fleet or super weapon?" Zairon ask ignoring the man's comments. For a man mocking Zairon's intelligence, he sure was unable to answer a few questions. The difference between the two was Zairon was a more mature man and wasn't calling out every stupid thing this man had said.
Zairon glanced at the assistant, "Let's discuss terms then." Zairon said, "We will figure out a just reason to go to war and make the Galactic Alliance look bad, you back us up both politically and militarily. If we can recruit other planets to our assistance we will be able to crush the GA and overthrow them. Then what? After this war is ended and the Galactic Alliance is gone how will things work out between us? Is this a temporary alliance or a more permanent one?"
